LEGO City Undercover is considered by many as one of the most exciting recent LEGO video-games. We have talked about the game before, and today I would like to share with you some walk-throughs by the BrickShow, so if you haven’t played the game yet you will get a taste for what it’s all about.  I can tell you right now, it is really fun! 😛

LEGO City Undercover Walkthrough

Here is the official description of the game: In LEGO City Undercover as police officer Chase McCain you are armed with clever disguises, special abilities, and the ultimate crime-fighting tool – the Wii U GamePad controller. With its indispensable map, communicator, and high-tech scanning device, the Wii U GamePad is just what you need to crack the case. Run, drive and even fly through the city to put a stop to the fiendish Rex Fury and end his crime wave once and for all.

As I mentioned the BrickShow posted some really useful walk-through videos for LEGO City Undercover to give you a taste for the game, and also help you in case you get stuck while going through the different levels. I will share with you the first walk-through below, then link to the other ones so if you are interested you can check those out as well. 🙂

Pretty awesome, isn’t it? I particularly find it funny how carelessly Chase McCain knocks over citizens and all. Oh, and also steals and wrecks their vehicles in the name of police business. If you would like to watch the other walk-through videos for LEGO City Undercover, see below:

Yeah, I saw that. I was considering including it in the post here, but they were so long I decided not to. But it is a nice review. 🙂

WARNING! The Lego set titled “High Speed Chase” that is marketed to include a Chase McCain minifigure has a minifigure with a likeness of Chase McCain. The head and hair is correct, but the torso and legs are not the same as the ones in the game. I found this out the hard way…. 🙁

Yeah, that’s too bad about the minifigure. I hate when lego makes minifigures of characters that look nothing like the video game or tv show version. There was a lot of that in the ninjago Rise of the Snakes series. I absolutely hated Pythor’s head in the Sonic Raider set. Fortunately I’ve been making custom minifigures for a long time, so I just sculpted a new head and painted it. No more gaping mouth to get in the way of this Pythor! 😀

I am not really into gaming but this sounds like it could be fun. And I really like the Chase McCain minifigure. Is his blond hair a new piece? (I’ve never seen that mold in that color before.) I also find the new Elite Police sets nicer then the previous ones, they seem more exciting and the minifigs are less plain. But City is pretty pricey, for a non licensed theme. It might be because they use bigger bricks, (fronts of helicopters, boats, walls, etc.) but still. There not my favorite anyway so no big deal for me.

1 Im not sure if its 100% equal but racer collectable figure (nascar looking) had blond hair 2. Yes i agree on now police figures 3.I dont think so bigger pieces means less pieces which SHOULD mean less pricey. At least thats what Mega Bloks does 🙂 GUESS WHO? PS. BEN DROWNED

      • Strider March 31, 2013, 5:27 PM

I was talking about the price/piece ratio. Big pieces take up as much plastic as a bunch of little ones its just less parts. So you get the same amount but I like more parts.

I really want this game, but don’t have the money for a Wii U. I only have the older Wii right now… oh well.
