LEGO minifigures series 11 pictures!

You might remember that we talked about Series 11 of the Collectible Minifigures just about a month ago (see: LEGO Minifigures Series 11 – First Pictures!). At that time we only had pictures of five of the minifigures, but now we can see all 16! Brickset member Herman Napierala reported that Series 11 of the LEGO Collectible Minifigures are in fact already available in Poland! He was also kind enough to scan the leaflet inside the package so we can all see what’s coming! 🙂

LEGO Minifigures Series 11

Before fainting from all the awesomeness, let’s look at what we got here. First of all, it seems like the packaging is going to be green again, but a bit darker than the lime-green packets of the Series 3 Minifigures. In the first row you can see the Barbarian, the Scarecrow, the Bavarian Lady and the Evil Mech.  The Barbarian doesn’t have any new accessories, but it comes with a very nice torso-print that would work really well for all types of LEGO warriors. The Scarecrow is way too cute and a definite must, especially with that removable crow on his hat – the same one as in the LEGO Lone Ranger sets. The Bavarian Girl is a perfect match for the Bavarian Guy from Minifigures Series 8. She also comes with a new lovely hairpiece and another pretzel. The Evil Mech is the dark version of the Mech from Minifigures Series 9 and looks excellent!

LEGO Minifigures Series 11 Picture 1

In the second row of LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 11 we get the Tiki Warrior, the Gingerbread Man, the Holiday Elf and the Yeti. The Tiki Warrior is a minifig I have been waiting for with great anticipation as I was expecting it to be very unique. He doesn’t disappoint! That mask is just gorgeous! The Gingerbread Man is just too cute to pass up, and so is the Holiday Elf. With the Elf we also get a darker version of the Teddy Bear that we got with the Sleepy Boy from Minifigures Series 6. The Yeti is another cutie who can join the ranks of other costumed minifigs in previous series – or maybe he is a real Yeti? Also notice the light-blue hands – very rare!

LEGO Minifigures Series 11 Picture 2

In the third row of LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 11 we have the Mountain Climber, the Welder, the Female Scientist, and the Jazz Musician. The Mountain Climber comes with a new rope-piece. The Welder has two new pieces; the welding-helmet and the welding-torch. The Female Scientist is going to be a perfect lab-assistant for the Crazy Scientist from Minifigures Series 4. She also comes with light-blue hands – a nice touch as fans have been asking for these for quite a while! And the Jazz Musician with his brand new saxophone is just way too cool to describe! 🙄

LEGO Minifigures Series 11 Picture 3

In the last row of the LEGO Collectible Minifigures Series 11 we have four more awesome minifigs: the Waitress, the Grandma, the Constable, and the Female Robot. The Waitress with her pink roller-skates, new hairpiece, and pink ice-cream is irresistible. The Grandma is very sweet – nice accessories too; with a new color cat and basket. The Constable looks very authentic and looks great. The Female Robot is a perfect match for the Robot in Minifigures Series 6.

LEGO Minifigures Series 11 Picture 4

There has been some rumors that Minifigures Series 11 will also have an extra limited edition minifigure like Mr. Gold in Series 10, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Which is a good thing I believe. It is hard enough to hunt down all the regular minifigs in each series!

LEGO Collectible Minifigs Series 11

Here is the back of the leaflet, showing off some of the accessories in Series 11. It is interesting to note that there is a tribal hairpiece included (the one with the bone). It seems to indicate that the Tiki Warrior comes with an extra hair-piece, or that the mask attaches to the hairpiece and not directly to the head. We shall see…

First comment! I think the yeti is really cool! the sax accessory is pretty neat and the welder guy would be perfect for my dad.

    • Josh July 22, 2013, 4:33 PM

      Is your dad a welder?

      • ninja of stealth July 23, 2013, 6:17 PM

i’m sorry, but that gingerbread man is freaky!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Noahnace10 July 21, 2013, 10:08 AM

Awesome!!! They are all so cool!!! 😎

  • EZNetwork July 21, 2013, 10:59 AM

And once again, another great series! I can’t wait to get my hands on all of them.

  • Fikko3107 July 21, 2013, 11:38 AM

I am pretty confident the tiki mask is a neck piece that can fit the hair.

    • admin July 21, 2013, 12:43 PM

Oh! I think you are right! I see now that the two little white thingies on top of the mask, that I originally thought were horns, are in fact part of the white bone! So yeah, it makes sense that the mask is attached to the neck, not the top of the head, or top of the hair. That’s pretty cool! I’m getting at least four of these guys! 😀

  • ninja of stealth July 21, 2013, 1:03 PM

why does this series remind me so much of Christmas? first the gingerbread man then the elf? but the cat that comes with the old lady is cool! would go great with the old grandpa that I have!

    • admin July 21, 2013, 2:57 PM

That’s a good notice. Probably because this series is going to be around till the end of the year, so it makes sense to have a couple of holiday minifigs included. 😉

      • ninja of stealth July 23, 2013, 6:18 PM

        indeed

  • The brick guy July 21, 2013, 1:12 PM

Hmmm I can see quite a few Customisers making some mark 1 iron man suits with the welders mask. 😀 I might do that myself

    • admin July 21, 2013, 2:58 PM

Yeah, that might work quite well! 😀

  • Chris of Yoda Archives July 21, 2013, 1:46 PM

I’ll be looking for the Yeti, Tiki warrior, Jazz man, Scarecrow, evil Mech, female robot, welder, and female Scientist. There are some really cool figures in this series.

  • TheMinifigureStore.co.uk July 21, 2013, 2:07 PM

Any questions feel free to ask.

Great post as always on thebrickblogger.com! 🙂

  • SuperSpyX July 21, 2013, 2:07 PM

I want the Barbarian, Evil Mech, Mountain Climber, Welder, Female Scientist, Jazz Musician and Grandma. The Jazz Musician would make a perfect spy – the head is great and he has a black fedora! <3 I think the Tiki Warrior looks a bit, um, odd though.

  • Micho July 21, 2013, 2:19 PM

Well, I want all of them. But for multiples I want the following
    2 scarecrows
    3 Bravarian Girls
6 Tiki warriors (I still have 2 or 3 Islanders from the 90s)
    3 Yetis
    2welders
    3 female scientists
    2 Sax players
    2 waitresses

    • admin July 21, 2013, 3:05 PM

Hm… what you gonna do with three Yetis? 😈

      • Micho July 22, 2013, 11:10 AM

One for my CMF Collection, one extra, and one for my Ice Planet MFs to fight.

        • admin July 22, 2013, 11:32 AM

He is not scary enough though for fighting. 😆

          • Micho July 22, 2013, 2:15 PM

Not with that popsicle lol… maybe he’ll be a friendly ice planet native

  • Cross July 21, 2013, 5:05 PM

I’m curious to see the custom Links from Zelda with the hairpeace of the elf. Also, the tiki warrior looks awesome! Nice they give us the mask and the headpiece, as well as a wooden plastic spear.

    • admin July 21, 2013, 9:04 PM

Cross, yeah, others have mentioned too that the piece could work well for Link. No blonde hair, but it could still look cute! 😉

  • Brick Addict July 21, 2013, 6:40 PM

when will you email the winners of the star wars contest? also i can’t wait to get the scarecrow tiki warrior and the yeti!

    • admin July 21, 2013, 9:08 PM

Hm… I should be able to announce the winners sometimes in the next few days. Please note that I usually contact the winners first, then give them a couple of days to respond. But definitely by the end of the week you guys should know. 😉

      • Brick Addict July 22, 2013, 3:45 PM

        great thanks 😉

  • Darth Awesome July 22, 2013, 5:59 AM

These look great! Love the saxaphone!

  • lego trooper 91 July 22, 2013, 7:55 AM

i love the tiki iwant 25000 of them 😀

    • Josh July 23, 2013, 9:30 AM

Will they get bored? Will they fight? Who will they fight?

  • Jennifer July 22, 2013, 11:51 AM

Great new female figures and hairpieces for them! The Tiki is also going to have great fun with my old Islanders from the pirate line. Maybe they’ll finally get enough warriors to give those pirates a run for their money!

    • admin July 22, 2013, 1:14 PM

Jennifer, yes, the female hairpieces are really sweet! And that’s my full intention with the Tiki guys too; get those stinky pirates running!

  • Kenton July 22, 2013, 11:56 AM

I’ve never been a fan of mechs, robots, and the like, but I’ll definitely be getting all the others! Another great series.

  • Josh July 22, 2013, 4:01 PM

Too bad there isn’t any news on series 12. I have been looking on all the blogs but this is the best of all. The Evil Mech can join the Battle Mech, the grandma can kiss the grandpa, the gingerbread man can just lie down and be a cookie, The Yeti can join the other monster figures like medusa and the Cyclops, and I can join them all in their fight to be the best series!

    • admin July 22, 2013, 5:02 PM

Hm… we just got news on Series 11 and you are already hungry for Series 12? Sigh… LEGO fans are never satisfied. 😉

      • Josh July 23, 2013, 9:21 AM

Oh, now I see it this way. Series 8 was out when you had Series-9-10-11 news. Maybe when Series 11 is out you will have Series 12-13-14 news. Before I thought you knew at least the next 3 series always. Now I see it the other way

        • admin July 23, 2013, 9:37 AM

Josh, when we get information totally depends. It’s not like there is a set pattern of when something leaks. 😉

          • Josh July 23, 2013, 10:38 AM

Oh, when you put it that way, I can understand.

            • Josh July 23, 2013, 10:45 AM

I wish you could choose when LEGO will leak something. But, unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way

              • admin July 23, 2013, 10:50 AM

Well, the definition of leaks is that they are unpredictable. 🙄

  • Josh July 22, 2013, 4:05 PM

I wonder the constable is holding.

    • admin July 22, 2013, 5:03 PM

One of those short sticks policemen in the UK use. 🙂

      • The brick guy July 23, 2013, 2:14 AM

        It’s called a truncheon

        • Håkan July 27, 2013, 12:37 PM

And the constables are called Bobbies…

  • lego trooper 91 July 22, 2013, 9:32 PM

i havent been playing with legos much but to day i dumped them all out and built a lot 😀

    • Josh July 23, 2013, 9:21 AM

      Congrats!

  • Josh July 23, 2013, 9:27 AM

On the back of the leaflet you can see the gingerbread mans face. It looks as if it two lego pieces together. It confuses me.

    • admin July 23, 2013, 9:47 AM

Josh, I see what you mean. We just have to wait until until we can see them in person. 😉

  • Josh July 23, 2013, 9:34 AM

    • admin July 23, 2013, 11:05 AM

Those are some great ideas! Many of them are already done though, like the fire-fighter, train-conductor, mailman, ghost, king, queen, groom, Egyptian etc. in regular LEGO sets or in previous collectible minifig series. Some of them LEGO will never make, like the slave. But I would love to see a ladybug girl, an invisible man, and an angel. 😀

      • Josh July 23, 2013, 11:15 AM

Number 80 is supposed to be as rare as Mr. Gold. Or more rare than Mr. Gold

        • admin July 23, 2013, 11:49 AM

          LOL! Made of diamonds? 😀

          • Josh July 23, 2013, 1:10 PM

I know the fire-fighter and train conductor and some others were already made. The reason I listed them is because of the S9 policeman. Even though their was already a policeman from sets that didn’t stop them from making it. Same thing here I guess.

            • Josh July 23, 2013, 1:12 PM

And the Egyptian from series 3 is actually a Pharaoh so I thought, The Pharaoh needs some servants. So I guess it can be an Egyptian servant.

              • admin July 23, 2013, 1:16 PM

That would be a good idea; some generic Egyptians. 😀

            • admin July 23, 2013, 1:15 PM

The S9 policemen actually has a really unique cap that never showed up in sets yet, but I hope it will. I guess the same thing could be done with characters like you mentioned; give them something unique. 🙂

      • Josh July 23, 2013, 1:19 PM

Only THREE!?!?! Out of my whole 105 minifig ideas you can only choose THREE!?!?!? What does it take to please you?!

(sorry for the capitals and exclamation but I am just too surprised)

        • Josh July 23, 2013, 1:22 PM

Never mind my previous post I didn’t see your last to replies

        • admin July 23, 2013, 1:27 PM

Josh, I didn’t mean I only liked three. I simply highlighted those as some of my favorites from the list. If LEGO would make all of them of course I would be super happy too! 😀

          • Josh July 23, 2013, 4:48 PM

            That makes me feel better.

      • ninja of stealth July 23, 2013, 6:22 PM

don’t they already have a red ninja! (he’s pretty awesome!!) and what else would be cool is a cyborg

        • Håkan July 27, 2013, 12:39 PM

There’s a red ninja in the Ninjago sets…

          • Håkan July 27, 2013, 8:48 PM

And there was also a red ninja in the old Ninja line…

  • Josh July 23, 2013, 11:12 AM

We won’t know what the official names of the minifigs are until closer to the official street date, but here’s what I’m seeing in this series:

    •Barbarian Warrior
    •Scarecrow
    •Alpen Girl
    •Blacktron Robot
    •Island Warrior
    •Gingerbread Man
    •Christmas Elf
    •Yeti / Abominable Snowman
    •Rock Climber
    •Welder
    •Scientist
    •Blues Brother*
    •Car Hop
    •Grandma
    •British Bobby
    •Lady Robot
    *C’mon! Is he anything else?!
This is what another blog said when they saw the leaflet.

    • admin July 23, 2013, 11:48 AM

I know, that’s what some people say. I doubt that’s what LEGO is going to call him though. 😉

  • Josh July 23, 2013, 1:44 PM

    Which minifig did Herman get?

  • Squirrel Bait July 24, 2013, 1:26 PM

Neat minifigs! I always wonder why they say “Female Scientist” but not “Male Welder” or “Female Waitress.” It seems to imply that there’s something wrong/weird about a woman being a scientist. I don’t really like that.

Also, why do you say in the write-up that the Female Scientist would make a nice assistant for Crazy Scientist from Series 4? Maybe she runs a rival lab! 🙂

    • admin July 24, 2013, 2:29 PM

Good points! I think the reference to Female Scientist is because “scientist” doesn’t have a female version like “actor” and “actress”, and female minifigs are still quite rare. So it just points out how awesome she is! Maybe we can call her scientistess. 😉

Yeah, she could be running a rival lab, but I figured that since the Crazy Scientist looks so crazy, he needed some competent help. 😀

  • Some random guy July 26, 2013, 10:31 AM

The tribal head dress can be seen from the full pic of the tiki warrior , just look at the mask corners.

  • Jacob Doubtfire July 26, 2013, 1:19 PM

yellow clothes on yellow skin just doesn’t look right for the waitress. They should’ve done like a pink, or a lime green shirt with some light blue pants, or an extended skirt similar to the one for the Series 4 Ice Skater, instead of just, yellow.

    • admin July 26, 2013, 5:20 PM

Jacob, I agree. I also thought that was a bit weird. They could have used any other color but yellow. 😕

      • Jacob Doubtfire July 26, 2013, 6:50 PM

I know right? anyways, I wish they would’ve used any other color besides freaking yellow. I really though pink or lime green would’ve looked nice instead of yellow. Surprisingly, this series sucks. i only want 4 figures. Why can’t make better series like they have in the past? (series 4, 5, and 7 are some good examples)
        Jazz Dude
        Lady Scientist
Lederhosen Girl (sorry if i spelled it wrong)
        Yeti
        …..And maybe the Tiki guy.

Some figures i’d like to see for series 12 is:
        Female Artist or another artist
Animal suit guy (i actually don’t care what animal, but they’re starting to get old)
Boy scout similar to Russell from Up
and another Race car driver (maybe a girl that looks like Danica would be nice?)

        • admin July 26, 2013, 8:49 PM

Jacob, different series appeal to different people. So far with each series I have seen people who were totally excited and those completely disappointed. It is hard to please everyone. 😉

  • Jacob Doubtfire July 26, 2013, 6:54 PM

and maybe a naked dude for series 12

    • Wolf July 27, 2013, 11:33 AM

LEGO would never do that. What about a see through guy?! And the Grandma is a must! 🙂

      • Jacob Doubtfire July 28, 2013, 12:57 PM

Sure they would. They’d make a naked dude. See through guy wouldn’t be as interesting, unless the outfit would’ve shown like the organs, bones, and digestive system. The grandma looks too much like my grandma, and she was my 3rd grade Math teacher. Why couldn’t I have gotten someone else?

  • Håkan July 27, 2013, 12:32 PM

Yeah, yellow dresses looks naked (although I guess that would have a certain allure to some…)

Weird choice, I think. In my mind rollerskating waitresses would be dressed in white / red / pink, something like this.

The rope piece doesn’t look too useful, since it won’t work as a rope. There was a barb wire ring piece with the same problem. It wouldn’t work as believable barb wire in case you wanted to build a secret army base or something…

    • admin July 27, 2013, 1:05 PM

I actually use the barb-wire thingy all the time. It provides great detail for the top of barb-wire fences and for detailing on post-apoc MOCs. I have even used it as a thorn-crown for my Jesus minifig! Pieces like that can be very useful for adding detail, specifically because they don’t look too LEGO-ish or useful. 😉

      • Håkan July 27, 2013, 4:34 PM

Yeah, a Jesus minifig is a good idea… As in Brick Testament…

  • Shadrax the Overlord August 14, 2013, 3:08 PM

Series eleven… Well, I’m a little disappointed. The only minifigs I could find use for would be the evil mech, assistant and barbarian. But the others don’t really appeal to me.

    • Jacob Doubtfire August 17, 2013, 3:07 PM

Shadrax, I agree. This series sucks real bad. why can’t LEGO make some better series like they used to? (Series 3, 4, 5, and 8 are good examples, along with S10) And I understand that different series appeal to different people, but I’m tired of LEGO making sucky series (S6, S7, and S9 are some good examples). The only ones from each series I like are (beforehand, get a drink, or a snack, it’s gonna be long. And please don’t correct me on the names, I just like to call them what they’re titled as)
