Oh my goodness. They did it. They finally beat Episode 10 “Foxtrot”, the previous Best Episode in the Series. Chima Falls is the best Chima is going to get, and MAN I am looking forward to that final episode on December 4th.
Honestly, I’ve never really liked Chima since the beginning. And to my opinion, the episodes are not getting any better. And, I have to say, I was particularly unimpressed with this one. I will be looking forward to Ninjago Rebooted, though.
Each to their own, but I’ve had similar feelings anout Ninjago. It doesn’t surprise me that the theme is extending for another year or so, but I wouldn’t doubt that this is the curtain call for the three ninja. The TV show and the theme overall are a bit dated, really, and the characters rub painfully against you likr sandpaper, which is the perfect analogy, as sandpaper has just as much character as the 4 one-dimensional ninja. Wu is the weirdest character of all, fluctuating between stereotypes of the wise old asian man and an energetic, fun-loving young man. It’s jarring to the audience to have this contrast, and because of it any potential threat Wu faces becomes void and a waste of time. See: Wu being attacked by the mud creatures.
I don’t think Ninjago is terrible, though. Just look at the episode “All For Nothing”. It’s the best episode in the series and in it Lloyd and Garmadon get some *gasp* character development! Another fantastic moment was the epic battle between the skeletons and the snakes, which really showed off the technical capabilities of the Ninjago team. Sadly, these never got used again. As you can see, the series has some good points, but it needs to put more effort into those good points in order to provide any semblance of attraction for any audience above 10 years old. Chima, on the other hand, has the advantage of being a follow-up to Ninjago – taking all the weaknesses identified in Ninjago and having the opportunity for making them strengths. Multi-dimensional characters, more than one subplot, gorgeous visuals, pride in the technology the studio has and, best of all, a VIBRANT AND IMAGINATIVE WORLD. Ninjago’s locations were unbelievably dull, ranging from cave to house to small village to uninspired city… And so on. Chima has Mount Cavorra, the nicely-designed Lion Temple, the Eagle Spires, the Fangs, the Swamp… never is an episode lacking in fantastic-looking scenery, a bit more than I can say about Ninjago.
Don’t get me wrong – I’m as pumped as you are to see how the new Ninjago series turns out, I just thought I’d give a brief reason for why I think Chima will dethrone Ninjago very soon, and why you’ll probably soon grow to like Chima more.
I’m just gonna go on a limb here.To be honest,Chima really has a lot of work to do. I watched the first *counting* three episodes and inwardly cringed the whole time…
thats not nice! i think chima is cool.plus chima vs scropians spiders and bats is coming next spring. i herd its going to be beter than ningago rebooted

hey I agree Lorca Strand I’ve never been impressed with Chima, I mean if people like it. I’m not going to dislike them or anything. but… YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! only 26 more days left tell the NINJAGO premier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAH! so yeah.

Has anyone else here seen the 2014 sets yet? I don’t mean to spoil anything, but Shadow Wind comes in a speeder set and his helmet is gone!!! We also get a giant spider mech and a giant scorpion mech, as well as a Rhino Tank! The legend beasts look great and are built using the new Mixles joint pieces! The only bad thing about the 2014 sets is that there’s only one bat warrior, but at least he comes in the smallest set. 🙂
Yeah, I have been keeping a tab on them. I really like the Legend Beast sets, also the new Hero Factory sets are interesting. And I love that Bat!

hi i just wached part of chima episode 20 and i saw the croc legend beast traped in a spider web,And crunket said that all the beasts were traped,she got out of the gorge.She also said that the legend beasts could not help with the missing chi and that very evil tribes were planing on atacking chima soon.I think its the scorpians,spiders and bats she was talking about.
oh i forgot to ask when are you posting episode 20 i want to see the full episode

It is available on animaflavor, but it is not embeddable, so I can’t post it here. You can wath it over there though, just make sure you have pop-up blocker and ad-blocker turned on. It is not a very safe website.

admin, I can’t watch this episode and everyone is saying it is awesome!!! >:( I can’t watch it because everytime i come here, there is a creepy ad like : your computer has been infected by a virus, come to us to stop! or something like that >:( I know its not true but I just can’t watch the episode.
Bob, most of the Chima videos have been removed by their uploaders due to legal pressure from Cartoon Network. If I find them again I will re-upload them. With such videos it is important to watch them as soon as they come out as they will get removed sooner or later (mostly sooner).
I finally saw episodes 19 & 20!!! sorry for the worries of the player problems admin, I just watched them on a different site. 🙂 and when the crocodile legend beast was taken out with Crunket, then I saw some spider webs in the background the were coming from!:D now I’m even more excited for the new episodes of Legends Of Chima! (you know, the ones with the new tribes. :|(and so for anyone who havent watched the episodes yet then I wont say the name of the team of the new tribes)) too excited!!

I’m back! since I’m here do you want to hear something? “Ok” I would like to tell you about the new tribes of Chima, all you know are the Scorpians, Spider, and Bats but theres a couple more and there like Nomad Tribes (like furty and skinnet) ok now to them, First new tribe is a “Vardy the Vulture” and next “Sir Fangar the Sabretooth” and “Maula the Mommoth” and theres no name for these ones, “Panthar, Mungus and Fluminox and yeah that’s all

Its pretty cool now that chima is in the outlands and how the scorpions and spiders came when laval droped the chi down the gorge!!!! I wonder how the saber tooths and mammoth come and the phoenix bird look awesome thought there temple thing isn”t very cool but the sabertooth walker looks just like a star wars walker but BETTER!!!!!!!!
[SPOILER] Actually, The Scorpian King [Scorm] got a Chi from Laval (cause laval was like, “We share Chi”) and Scorm was talking about random things and he dropped the chi into another hole underground, and when the chi dropped to the ground it woke up the Ice Tribes. [The Ice tribes were underground in chima]
and it ended with that one sabertooth….opening his eyes.
