LEGO Ultra Agents & Ninjago video-reviews

The 2014 summer LEGO Ninjago sets and the brand new LEGO Ultra Agents sets are starting to appear at various LEGO retailers even though the official release date is not until the end of May/ beginning of June. One of our favorite LEGO reviewers JANGBRiCKS got two of the most exciting sets from the new releases, so let’s take a look! 🙂

LEGO Ultra Agents Review

#70165 LEGO ULTRA AGENTS MISSION HQ – This is the largest of the new LEGO Ultra Agents sets. There is a lot going on here, so the video-review below will really help to see all the features. Also, here is the official description for your convenience: Stop Terabyte stealing top-secret plans from Mission HQ! Emergency! Evil cybernetic hacker Terabyte is attacking the Ultra Agents’ mobile Mission HQ on a mission to disable Astor City’s entire communication network. Drive the high-tech truck in undercover mode and fire the automatic missile shooters to fend him off. Launch the hidden flyer to spy for enemies from above. Push the lever to detach the driver’s cabin and open up the rear of the truck to reveal the inside of the awesome HQ. Plug in the laptop containing the top-secret mission plans in the briefing room and view them on the big screen. Analyze clues and carry out tests in the lab with Professor Christina Hydron. Strap on a jetpack and attach the extendable robot arm to prepare Agent Phoenix for lift-off. Stop Terabyte escaping with the laptop containing all the Ultra Agents’ secret files while his hi-tech mech tries to destroy the communications system by firing hacking bombs at the satellite dish. Launch the buggy down the ramp and fire the stud shooters to defend the Ultra Agents HQ. You must capture this criminal nerd in the high-tech prison cell before he can cause any more damage! Includes 5 minifigures with accessories: Terabyte, Agent Solomon Blaze, Agent Caila Phoenix, Agent Curtis Bolt and Professor Christina Hydron. 1060 pieces. Price: $99.99. The official release of this set is on the 25th of May, however you can already find all the LEGO Ultra Agents sets listed at the Online LEGO Shop, so you can check out all the details and close-up pictures. Wow. That agent set is packed with awesomeness. I can’t believe its only $100. That is a great deal with the fold able truck and the neon green pieces.

The new Agents sets are awesome! I’m not sure if Infearno is a new Dr. Inferno or if he’s just a new character. He’s probably a new character as I can’t imagine how Dr. Inferno could end up looking like a fire version of Mr. Freeze. 😀

Yeah, I’m not sure about that either. Maybe the story will reveal it.

On the topic of early released sets, my local Fred Meyer here in Oregon has put out three cases of mixels series 2. I was only able to pick up one (slumbo) and am going back tomorrow for more!

Nice! I just went to TRU yesterday hoping that I will find some, but they still had the old stock. They did however have all the new LEGO Movie sets, Ultra Agents, Ninjago, City and more.

I love the Battle for Ninjago City set, it’s so awesome! Really looking forward to getting that Overlord. Brickshow has reviews for all the Ninjago and Ultra Agents sets, I have watched a few.
Also, I was wondering about the Spring-loaded shooters on the Ninja Charger. Well, you can see where they are here, it’s actually very neat! 😉
