LEGO Star Wars UCS Falcon back in stock!

Looks like LEGO finally caught up with production of the #75192 LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series Millennium Falcon. The set was released last fall, but it was very difficult to find it in stock. However, it appears that after months of sketchy availability, the set is now steadily stocked at official LEGO stores and the Online LEGO Shop. Just in time for Father’s Day! Smart move from LEGO! 🙂

We have talked about the #75192 LEGO Star Wars UCS Falcon extensively (see links at the end of this post), including the building experience, interesting building techniques, display ideas, and even customizing the set to look like the Kessel run Falcon from the Solo: A Star Wars Story film. Below, I will only repeat the official description for your and include the designer video for your convenience.

Welcome to the largest, most detailed LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon model we’ve ever created – in fact, with 7,500 pieces it’s one of our biggest LEGO models, period! This amazing LEGO interpretation of Han Solo’s unforgettable Corellian freighter has all the details that Star Wars fans of any age could wish for, including intricate exterior detailing, upper and lower quad laser cannons, landing legs, lowering boarding ramp and a 4-minifigure cockpit with detachable canopy. Remove individual hull plates to reveal the highly detailed main hold, rear compartment and gunnery station. This amazing model also features interchangeable sensor dishes and crew, so you decide whether to play out classic LEGO Star Wars adventures with Han, Leia, Chewbacca and C-3PO, or enter the world of Episode VII and VIII with older Han, Rey, Finn and BB-8! Also includes 2 buildable Porgs and a buildable Mynock. Measures over 8” (21cm) high, 33” (84cm) long and 22” (56cm) wide. 7541 pieces. Price: $799.99 – BUY HERE

It seems like LEGO is having some issues delivering the Falcon to some LEGO fans due to the size, weight, and value of the set, so they included the following notice on the purchase page: For this item, FedEx will require an in-person direct signature at the time of delivery. FedEx will make three delivery attempts before returning the shipment to LEGO. At which point, we ask that you please contact LEGO consumer services to discuss reshipping the item, or sending it to an alternative address where a signature can be obtained.

LEGO also included some additional terms and conditions for this set, which seem to have been added to reduce fraudulent returns and exchanges. Please be advised that for the #75192 LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series Millennium Falcon the following additional terms and conditions shall apply for product exchange: Always subject to applicable federal or state law, any request for exchange of the product (return product) with another product (new product) is subject to you providing LEGO with a valid credit card as security for LEGO receiving the return product. If LEGO has not received the return product within 30 days of the date where LEGO has shipped the new product to you, LEGO will charge the full purchase price listed at the time of shipment on at the Online LEGO Shop to your credit card. Please provide track and trace information to LEGO customer service to allow LEGO to track your shipment of the return product.

If you haven’t been able to get the #75192 LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series Millennium Falcon since it was released, this is a good time to purchase it. I suspected that LEGO will keep this set in stock for at least a couple of years, however shortages could continue to happen. Other currently available LEGO Star Wars sets worth considering are the #75181 LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series Y-Wing Starfighter, and the Solo: A Star Wars Story sets, including the much smaller (and thus cheaper) #75212 LEGO Star Wars Kessel Run Millennium Falcon. You can find them all at the LEGO Star Wars section of the Online LEGO Shop.

What do you think? Do you have the LEGO Star Wars UCS Millennium Falcons yet? How about any of the other new LEGO Star Wars sets? Which one is your favorite so far this year? Feel free to share your thoughts and discuss in the comment section below! 😉

I guess this is a mandatory gift for dads? Is that what Lego is implying? Happy Father’s Day! 😀

Interpret it as you wish… happy Father’s Day! 😀

Happy father’s day! Get your dad a millennium falcon! Or Taj Mahal, or Bugatti Chiron. So many great sets for Dads!

Gosh, finally! I hope they can keep it in stock for at least a couple of years! Too bad we can’t get the black VIP card anymore with it. Lego should give that to anyone who buys the set.

I think admin talked about how the black card ended up not having many benefits. It’s just a plastic card that a few people got.

      • TomTom June 17, 2018, 1:01 PM

Yes, I heard that, but I think the card is still cool. And it’s rare, which makes it more special. I mean, even Lego is just plastic. The Falcon release has been a mess. Lego could make it right by offering the card to more people and adding some exclusives. They dropped the ball badly on this release.

I’m sure the Falcon will be around for a while. And yes, the Black VIP Card has been a disappointment. 🙁

Although since it was close to a lottery to obtain one in the first place, if it would have provided any unique minifigs or similar reward, many who failed to obtain one would still be upset.

That’s true. Hopefully LEGO learned from the mistakes of this release, and they won’t repeat them again.

Happy Father’s Day! Get your Falcon while you can! It’s an exceptional set for sure!

Does this set have extra pieces. I am concerned that I am at the end of stage 2, and have several tiny pieces left over.

    • admin September 16, 2018, 11:03 PM

Brad, yes, all LEGO sets have extra pieces. For large sets, there are extra pieces for each stage. They should be one extra of each of the smallest pieces in each color per stage. This usually means 1×1 plates, tiles, small clips, Technic pins, etc.

Thank you so very much. You saved me from tripping over to total insanity, as I have been going back and forth in the book on where I might have missed something.

Brad, yeah, I know the feeling! Glad it got sorted out. Have fun building! I’m jealous! 😀
