Enter the LEGO Masters Sweepstakes!

As we discussed previously, the LEGO Masters TV show will premier on Fox on February 5th. We talked about this event already (see links at the end of this post), but to recap, teams of LEGO enthusiasts will go head-to-head to face all kinds of building challenges with infinite possibilities and an unlimited supply of LEGO bricks. To celebrate the event, LEGO is running a sweepstakes, with some awesome prizes.

Details about the sweepstakes can be found at the official LEGO Masters Sweepstakes website, but to summarize, for every $10 you spend on LEGO sets enters you for a chance to win one-year supply of LEGO sets, a trip for four to the new LEGOLAND New York Resort, and $500 worth of LEGO sets each week. Pretty awesome isn’t it?

You can enter the sweepstakes in three ways: 1.) Send a text message to the designated short code (88474) with the designated key word (LEGO) in the body of the message. You will receive an automated text reply providing a link to the sweepstakes registration website. Click the link, and follow the prompts to complete your online entry. 2.) You can also just go directly to the website, LEGOMastersSweeps.com, scan the QR code or upload an image of your receipt, and follow the instructions for filling out the online registration. 3.) You can also enter the sweepstakes by snail mail. For this form of entry, no purchase of receipt submission is required. Hand print on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper your complete name, address (including city, state, and zip), valid email address, age, and daytime and evening phone numbers (including area code). Mail the completed card or piece of paper in a #10, business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: LEGO Masters Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 278, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. (Note: limit one entry per outer mailing envelope, but you may submit as many separate entries as you wish during the registration period.)

Entrants will receive one entry into the prize drawings for every $10 spent on an eligible LEGO set purchase during the registration period, excluding sales tax (i.e. $10 LEGO purchase = 1 entry, $20 LEGO purchase = 2 entries, $50 LEGO purchase = 5 entries, etc.). Participants may upload multiple unique receipts during the registration period for each qualified purchase, but no duplicate or ineligible receipt will be honored or processed. All entries must be fully complete with all required information, and must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on 4/30/2020 to be eligible. (Note: only receipts from authorized LEGO retailers are eligible, so purchasing from official LEGO stores, the Online LEGO Shop, Wal-Mart, Target, Amazon, etc. are all okay, but not purchases from resellers.)

Weekly prize drawings will take place between mid-February and mid-May. Each weekly winner will receive LEGO building sets with a maximum total combined value not to exceed $500. On or about May 11th, one grand prize winner and one first prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received from all entry methods combined. The first prize winner will receive one year supply of LEGO sets with a maximum total combined value not to exceed $3,000 either in the form of random sets selected by LEGO, or as a gift card. The grand prize winner will be awarded a trip for four to the new LEGOLAND New York Resort, including roundtrip airfare, three nights hotel accommodations, and admission to the resort.

So, if you are planning to make any purchases between now and the end of April, remember to upload your receipts for a chance to win! Who knows? You may end up with more LEGO than you anticipated! What do you think? Are you planning to enter? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section below!

Lego masters is turning out better than I thought. My kids are interested in it too, even though the contestants are adults. I will have to remember to upload our receipts before the deadline. I assume we can’t use receipts from the Christmas season, right?

There is a video with Jang where he opens the lego masters promotional box. It was sent out to influencers, I guess? Anyway, there is a small booklet in it that encourages viewers to build along while watching the show. Is this going to be available for purchase?

Honestly, I don’t care for the grand prize. I would be happy with one of the weekly prizes! I hope I win something! How many people are entering these sweepstakes?

They are advertising LEGO Masters far and wide, so I assume quite a lot of people will participate. But don’t get discouraged. Just enter, and you might win! 🙂

Like Peter said above, I would be happy with just a weekly prize! haha! 😀

It looks like the show is going to be fun. I read an interview with the contestants and they all sound like interesting people and that they had a good time.

I’m also looking forward to the show. I watched some of the UK version on youtube, and I think this one will be even better with more money and flair put into it. By the way, I love the new design. Elegant, modern, and clean! It looks great on my tablet, phone, and laptop.
