Whoomp, there it is! Looks pretty good.

    Is that minifig hairpiece new?

Again Lego catering to a narrow and specific audience. I don’t even know what this thing is from.. Is it a movie? A comic? No clue what this is from. Why does it always have to be something that only a small segment of people would be interested in it? What ever Horizon is, ithh’s obviously a trademarked thing. What ever happened to Lego creating original ideas? This is copied form some comic book and the comic industry isn’t that big amongst Lego builders. so disappointed. I’ve started boxing up my Lego and removing my displays because it is embarrassing to be part of the Lego culture. I wish I could build my own creations but I’m not an engineer and can’t use any of the design software they have for Lego. One needs a university education to use design software. I send these messages to Lego every time I respond here. They still don’t get it. They are very out of touch with reality and their fans. Lego has also raised thir prices to beyond reasonable. A handful of Lego is not worth twenty dollars.

It’s a video game. It even says so in the article.

A video game that’s sold over 20 million copies at that. That’s no small segment of people!

Wow. I wasn’t expecting this. Very cool! I wonder if this is going to be the only set related to the game.

I don’t know what this game is about, but that hairpiece is a must!

So they are now doing 18+ video game sets? Sweet! I will buy this just for the novelty. And of course the fig.

This is great. And I would love them to make more sets based on video games. Even if only one set. It will be great for minifig collectors too. It’s kind of like how they added different franchises to lego dimensions.

As others have commented on it, it seems that Lego has a new subtheme planned called Lego Gaming, and that seven different sets are rumored to be released during 2022.

If that’s true, I’m all in! I have been waiting for this for so long!

      • Håkan February 16, 2022, 12:17 PM

It’s a broad sub-theme, so i’ts doubtful if we’ll see another Horizon Forbidden West sets, but still…

Personally, I’m most interested in new minifig parts for customizing.
