Because the sets depict life underwater, there we can see some nice reef-building pieces and techniques. And they are also good sets for learning how to build stable stands for fairly large structures. In the video-preview below, JANGBRiCKS will discuss the sets in more detail.

While we’re waiting for the new sets to arrive, you can also check out the current selection at the LEGO Avatar section of the Online LEGO Shop.

Good overview by Jang. I like the reef home quite a bit. Those cloth pieces are going to be useful. I know some people consider them cheating, but in certain applications they work the best. And they are made by Lego, so they’re legit.

I like the submarine and the shark/whale looking thing. I’m still not sure about the minifigs. Those long legs creep me out. They make them look like those cheap Chinese knockoff figs with weird proportions.

The dragons look weird to me, but I like the sub. And the mech from the first wave. Both sand green. I’m partial to sand green as you can tell. 😀

Yes, great second wave. From the first wave all I got was first flight set.( actually, I got two by mistake. And kept them both). A crazy idea, do you think the monkie kid set legendary flower fruit mountain would work with Avatar theme? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

That would be awesome ! Although I feel like the building style is different at least the rocks . But if it’s just the banshee that wouldn’t matter.
