I am so happy!!! And here’s why… I already have Donnie and Ralph from the Baxter set, and April came in it too. So all I have to do now is get the Lab Escape that has Mikey for like $10 and then get the Karai set which has Leo and it should be under $15… I hope, I’m glad LEGO made it easy to get all 4 Turtles, plus my favorite two supporting characters minus Casey Jones, plus I can pick up a bunch of foot soldiers from Bricklink for under $2… sweeeet!!!

Nice… I guess the two sets I want, The Lab Escape and karai Bike are both $12.99 so I should be able to get them at around $10 on sale fairly easily!!! This is BOSS!!!

Yeah, collecting the Turtles have been really a pain! I have been wanting to get all four, but I don’t care for the sets. I have finally just ordered three of them from a Bricklink seller who had the lowest prices (haven’t received them yet), but yeah, the 2014 sets should bring those sky-high prices down! Sellers are really preying on us collectors. 😕

I wanna check out the seller.. send me the link to the store please 😀 which sets did you get?

Micho, I didn’t buy any sets, just three of the turtles (plus some other stuff) from this seller: http://www.bricklink.com/store.asp?p=ijkim I got Donatello, Leonardo and Raphael. He had the cheapest prices on them in the USA. I don’t know if he still have them listed.

Thanks for the link… Oh yeah, those are not cheap at all LOL, even though he does have the lowest prices. I guess if anyone finds TNMT on sale it’s a pretty solid investment.

Never watched the show (at least the current one) but I will probably pick up the turtle sub on sale cause it looks interesting and the crocodile like minifigure looks cool 😀

I like these sets. The T-rawket is cool. I like how they used pieces to show it is made from junkyard parts.
I collected my Turtles from the Baxter Rampage and Kraang sets. I just got Leo at Brickfair a few days before the Kari set was leaked online. At least till it’s a different version. I’ll get the set and add Karai and some more street elements to my collection.

I used to be a huge TMNT fan and ten years ago, I would have killed to get these sets but now… They look good but I probably won’t buy any.

  • legostuff71 January 30, 2014, 11:55 AM

Very , cool. I love the turtle sub but, probably won’t get it. I am putting myself on budget ($50.00 dollars and under ). Except, of course new star wars and hobbit/lord of the rings sets for that I will go over my budget. I am also running out of storage space for big items. I need to cut back a little.( words that a collectors hate to use.) TURTLES ROCK!!!

  • ninja of stealth January 30, 2014, 12:35 PM

yeah, once you start running out of room, well, to put it simply… you freak out. I like how the red turtle dude looks! well, the new minifigure. and in the Karais bike escape the bike is AWESOME!!! but I won’t be getting it because I’m looking forward to the summer Star Wars, NINJAGO, and The LEGO movie.

I know this is sort of off topic but very important. I checked the TV schedule for cartoon network on Wednesday and saw there was no ninjago! are they skipping a week since they showed two!? or do you think there doing that one thing they did with Chima where they did it once every month?!? 😯
