One of our favorite LEGO customizers EclipseGRAFX has some really sweet new products. EclipseGRAFX focuses on very high quality printing on LEGO elements, but they also make some of their own custom elements and collaborate with other LEGO customizers. What I particularly like are the EclipseGRAFX food items. This includes delicious looking cupcakes, cinnamon-rolls, doughnuts, soft-drinks, chocolate-bars, pizzas, coffee with whipped cream on top, and more – all the good things in life that make minifigs look so happy and chubby. 🙂
Recently EclipseGRAFX teamed up with another excellent LEGO customizer, BrickForge, to create a collection of new item to tempt our little friends. In this set BrickForge provides the bottles, glasses, and other plastic items, and EclipseGRAFX does the printing. Introducing the EclipseGRAFX Liquor Pack – full of boldness, flavor and high quality drinks that only your minifigure can enjoy! Disclaimer blurb: “EclipseGRAFX does not promote underage drinking, and parts are meant to be use as novelty items.” Don’t worry, it’s all grape-juice and root-beer anyway. 🙄
This 25 piece pack includes the following custom printed parts: 1 Brick Daniels, 1 Malibrik Coconut Rum, 1 Eclipse Studka, 1 Bley Goos Studka, 1 Studoff Vodka, 1 Silver Futron Tequila, 1 Brick Regal Scotch Whiskey (tall bottle), 1 Brick Regal Scotch Whiskey (short bottle), 1 Bricardi Spiced Rum, 1 Brick Beam Bourbon, 1 Johnny Thunder Black Label Blended Scotch. Extra accessories include: 2 trans-clear and 2 trans-brown test (shot) tubes, 2 trans-clear and 2 trans-brown warning-lights (meant to be used as shot glasses on counters, minifigure can not hold these up), 1 trans-clear and 1 trans-brown sipping glasses, 1 trans-clear and 1 trans-brown liquor spills, 1 trans-clear and 1 trans-brown broken bottles.
As you can see, the printing on these is gorgeous. I own many of EclipseGRAFX’s products and I can vouch for their printing quality and durability. They have a way of making everything look real and delicious too! Please note that the tall bottles are about a stud taller than regular LEGO bottles, if you are planning to include these in your minifig liquor (ahem… grape-juice) cabinet. The none-printed items are also extremely useful; the spill piece, the broken bottle, the shot-glasses and those small tubes can be used in many other applications. (The small tube is actually one of my favorite pieces as it is the same size as a standard LEGO bar and can be used in many situations when a very small bar is required to connect LEGO pieces. You can also buy them directly from BrickForge.com in a lot more colors.)
If you would like to check out this collection, along with other custom printed LEGO accessories by EclipseGRAFX, you can visit their website at EclipseBricks.com. They also attend almost all LEGO conventions in North America, so if you participate in any of the upcoming LEGO events this year you can look for them there as well. And if you already own EclipseGRAFX custom LEGO accessories feel free to share your own thoughts and review in the comment section below! 😉

First! Wow, really cool and good quality!
Yes, they are. 🙂
First time I’ve seen custom accessories that I like 🙂
These arrthe fab…
LOL! I think your minifigs would like them too. 🙄
Ah the joys of typing on a phone! But yes they would definitely approve 🙂
I’ve ordered plenty from brickforge but I haven’t gotten anything from these guys yet but I plan to. Hey I ordered my upscaled minifig mug yesterday in blue. Can’t wait to get it.
Oh, you did? I just wrote an article about that mug. Have it scheduled for this weekend. 🙂
Great addition to the Detective’s office storyline.
Exactly!
I bought some of his soda cans at BrickFair Alabama a few years back when that’s all he had. He was a very nice guy, and the quality is great. It’s a technique called “pad printing” which is what Lego uses to print on their pieces too.
I LOVE the donuts and cinnamon rolls. With the waffle tile piece from The Lego Movie and the eggs here, I could make a Waffle House! Then fill my Dunkin’ Donuts with some real donuts. 🙂
Only issue I have are the BrickForge items. I personally feel like it’s cheating by using non Lego-produced shapes in my MOCs (like using Megabloks), and makes me feel quilty…haha. Anyone else feel the same?
Andy, yeah, they people behind EclipseGRAFX are super nice. I met them at BrickWorld in Tampa. As far as using BrickForge elements there is a huge difference between using MegaBloks and BrickForge. MB is a competitor to LEGO with their own product lines, etc. BF people are LEGO fans who simply provide accessories for LEGO minifigs LEGO doesn’t make on their own. That’s all. I would not want to mix MB and LEGO (although many people do with absolutely no guilt), but I have no problem with using LEGO fan created printing, parts, designs, etc. They are simply there to enhance the hobby. In fact I like to support creative LEGO fans and I go out of my way to buy their products and support their business. LEGO supposed to be creative, so custom items just enhance the creativity. Of course this is just my own opinion and I can’t make your guilty feelings go away. They are actually people who feel guilty modifying the design of official LEGO sets – so yeah, purism can be taken to the extreme. 🙄
