If you like LEGO Friends you will love these new commercials introducing the summer wave of LEGO Friends sets. Check them out below.
#3063 LEGO Friends Flight School & #3184 LEGO Friends Adventure Camper – these are two smaller sets with Stephanie in the first one, and Olivia and Nicole in the second. I particularly like the camper set. It offers a lot of play-value for the price. And the accessories (bikes, surf-board, food items, etc.) are excellent!
#3185 LEGO Friends Summer Riding Camp – this is the largest in the summer wave of LEGO Friends sets; the ultimate LEGO dollhouse for girls who are into summer-camps, horses, and the like. Four mini-dolls (Stephanie, Ella, Emma, and Theresa) are included, along with three horses, lots of accessories and a whole range of play-features. This set will likely appeal to adult LEGO fans as well due to the nice pastel-shades and interesting pieces.
And here is the LEGO Friends music-video and theme-song; “We Can Do It” by the LEGO mini-doll Andrea. Peter’s dancing is kind of creepy, but the rest is okay, and the song itself is catchy, girly and uplifting.
The above LEGO Friend sets are scheduled to be released in August (most likely will be available in July) along with a few other sets. (You can see the entire LEGO Friends summer set list here: LEGO Friends Summer Sets Pictures) For current LEGO Friends sets you can check out LEGO’s website: LEGO Friends Available Now.
So how do you like the summer wave of LEGO Friends? And what about Andrea’s song? I couldn’t find the lyrics, but if you can figure it all out you can post it below! 😉

scary
My little sister is going to love these sets!
by the way, this is off topic but incase anyone wants to know the series 8 figs are:
– Ancient Thespis
– Pirate Captain
– Conquistador
– Enemy Robot
– Evil Female Alien
– Diver
– Vampire
– Fairy
– Football Player
– Trader
– Skier
– Red Cheerleader
– Santa Claus
– Boy in Bavarian costume
– DJ
– Cowgirl
Hm… where did you get this info? I did see a picture of the pirate captain, but I haven’t seen the others. I’m just doubtful as we already had a diver and skier in the series and those have always been the least liked characters. I would love to see a red cheerleader though and a cowgirl! The rest are really blah and not even close to the awesomeness of the previous series. 😕
I am sure they are the real ones! Where DID I get the Info? I don’t remeber. Now it is on Brickipedia. I did not get it from there.
I am excited for the fairy because we might (finally) get wings for figures.
That’s a really good point! I have been wanting a fairy with wings for a long time. there is a keychain one but it is so expensive. 🙁
Keychain one????
p.s. how do you make those faces?
this one? https://lego.fandom.com/wiki/Fairy
Yes, that one. 🙂
I want it to have plastic wings
That Fairy actually does have plastic wings. It is a thinner plastic than regular LEGO, but nice and sturdy, and better then the ones the Geonosians have. It is quite nice. 🙂
Here is a better picture: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?G=852783
My little sister has that fairy! It’s very nice, but the skirt is cloth, so it gets easily dirty.

AWESOME! when do they come out (not the friends) (they stink 🙄 ) (the minifigs)
september
WHAT! u dont think a conquestodore sounds AWESOME! (i dont know how to spell conquestodore)
Look’s like you need classes in spelling (:
It’s okay. I just don’t think it is as cool as a Roman, an Aztec, a Spartan or a Space Marine. Of course this is just my own opinion. 😉
This picture shows (I believe) the top of the Conquistador’s helmet http://www.google.com/imgres?um=1&hl=en&sa=N&biw=1280&bih=899&tbm=isch&tbnid=SsH9HiSB-5JpzM:&imgrefurl=http://fabjoueauxlego.com/&docid=DRWIjXUdcu6DaM&imgurl=http://fabjoueauxlego.files.wordpress.com/2012/06/lego-minifigure-series-8-septembre-2012.jpg%253Fw%253D490%2526h%253D367&w=490&h=367&ei=rmffT8pq6KXqAfjsjLkL&zoom=1
Gosh, that’s an ugly link! But it does show the picture. Thanks! 😉
Yeah, sorry for the ugly link
Hmmm… I don’t think those are the characters, as we already have a vampire and a skier, (Lego, stop with people on board things!!!) and Lego probably would not want there to be another vampire minifi, because they would want people to buy the Monster Fighters to get one.
Nace, those are good points! What I have read is that the list legolotr shared is from a toy website in the Czech Republic which list them for pre-sale. The info may or may not be correct, and there may also be translation issues. I would suggest to wait for more accurate info before coming to conclusions.
I know the pirate captain and conquistador are real.

another thing agreeing with my statment https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/65355-lego-collectable-minifgures-series-8-rumours-discussion/
Yes, all these LEGO websites are just copying the information from each other. So it is the same info circulating around. But they all got the info from the Czech toy-site. I’m not saying it is wrong, all I’m saying that it is not additional proof. 😉
no I mean the first comment on the page.
I mean the “I commented on the Pirate pic in the back of the Club magazine to the manager of the Lego store & they said they were 90% sure of another figure based on forthcoming promotional materials they’d received. While they wouldn’t tell me what it was they did say it’d “go well with a series 6 figure.”‘comment by Vassal on eurobricks.
– Evil Female Alien
where did female come from it was supposed to just be evil alien.Any way to fix that? And trader was supposed to be businessman
I mean most of those might be real, but we don’t know.
If it was a fake one, do you think they would have put in vampire and skier?
I’m not saying it is fake, I just hope it is not true. If that makes sense. 😉
I like some of them on the list, but all in all it seems pretty lackluster. 😕
I am actually pretty excited for them, and I might get some of them (never bought a series fig before). Not excited for the copies but, oh well
Well, if you never bought any series figs before, than copies should not be an issue for you. 😉
I mean I do not want the ones that are copies (I did not like those ones). And I also mean I do not want to get copies of the same fig.
I see… I hope you will be able to get the ones you really want! 🙂
I only wish they were fleshies (not gonna happen though).
Yeah, that would be sweet! 🙂
If they were, I could populate my star wars and lotr worlds with them. (by the way, I got weathertop yesterday. It is awesome!!!)
Fleshies are only for lisensed themes…
I know THAT much, thank you! Just wishing.
WAIT just a minute! friends aren’t a lisensed theme. Why are they fleshies?
Uhhh… Well, they aren’t minifigs.
still…
They are only called mini doll figures and not minifigures to attract little five year-old girls attention. They are still
mini figures
They don’t look like minifigs.
Nace, they are actually the same size as minifigs and their hair is exchangable with regular minifigs. They are really cute. I collect them. 😉
i know there so little kiddish (for girls) 🙄
about the minifigures series 8 i believe all the ones that have been made will be female or male versions
Do you know by chance when the summer line will be available in the stores? What could be better than horses for little girls? My girls are sooo excited!
Carrie, I believe the release date is August, however some stores like Toys’R’Us tend to release them as much as 2-3 weeks earlier than the official release date. You can check with your local Toys’R’Us and see if they can tell you when the summers sets will be in, as each store location can be different as well. Yeah, a bit confusing, I know. I will also write an update when LEGO officially release them. Yes, the Friends line has been a big hit with little girls! 🙂
Ah! Thank you for answering my question that I came on here to ask.
We are fairly new to Legos. I happened to catch the tail end of the Bellville line & scored a couple horse sets on clearance, so those paired with the release of the Friends line, my girls (ages 5 & 6) are FINALLY into Legos!! I’ve seen the Summer Riding Camp online but not on Lego’s website (other than Germany), and couldn’t figure out why Toys R Us had it for sale but not the US Lego store. Woohoo! Hopefully it will be for sale everywhere at price in the next couple weeks as opposed to the markup Toys R Us always puts on their sets.
Jami, from all indications Friends is here to stay. I have read that it has been a great hit with LEGO fans, and little girls love them. LEGO plans to keep the line and continue expanding on it, getting ideas from the feedback they receive. So your girls should have plenty of LEGO options in the years to come. 🙂
Thanks so much!
WOW! I just went to Toys R Us and they have them! YIPPEEE!
Nice! Have fun! Keep us posted which one you guys like best! 🙂
woohoo i am so glad you saw the friends sets carrie! 🙄
