I found this really nice LEGO video on the Official LEGO YouTube Channel I thought to share with you today. It is narrated by a LEGO minifigure, exploring what does LEGO mean and its potential for play, for telling stories, for recreation and recreation. The video is quite artistic, poetic and philosophical in many ways – something you wouldn’t expect from a little plastic guy. 🙂
So check it out, I think you will really like it! I particularly enjoyed the reference to the movie the Matrix, and also the end is really nice with following the potential history of a single LEGO brick. And the stop-motion effects are excellent! Enjoy!
So what do you think? How did you like the LEGO video? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section below! And to quote our little plastic friend: “Grab your LEGO tub, descend to the carpet. Build a world, and fill it with characters, and props and stories. Build something!” 😀

“Descend to the carpet.” ACK! You are not supposed to play on the floor with LEGO. It’s even in the instructions!
I did like the video, even with the carpet comment.
Yeah, you not supposed to, but eveyrone does it. I ONLY build on the floor myself. But I’m a floor person. I do everything on the floor. 😀
after Ninjago end (temporarily, thank goodness) i felt my dark ages approaching. then, as i was about to slip into the abyss, Lego DC Superheroes came out, filling me with memories about a toddler me, playing with his batman action figures, ( sadly Lego batman didn’t exist back then 🙁 ) watching cartoons involving Batman, dreaming dreams involving this world’s greatest detective. This video just reminded me. that’s all. I’m done now.
Im about to cry ;'(
