In case you prefer to shop for LEGO on Amazon several of the most recently released LEGO sets are now available there as well. A lot of people like to use Amazon as you can shop from the convenience of your own home, the threshold for free shipping is low, and you can combine your purchases. So for example you can buy ink for your printer, an interesting new book, and a LEGO set at the same time. 🙂
➡ 2015 LEGO STAR WARS SETS ON AMAZON: The newly released #75091 LEGO Star Wars Flash Speeder, #75092 LEGO Star Wars Naboo Starfighter, #75093 LEGO Star Wars Death Star Final Battle, #75094 LEGO Star Wars Imperial Shuttle Tydirium, and #75106 LEGO Star Wars Imperial Assault Carrier are all available now. Also, some of the LEGO Star Wars sets released earlier this year are at a 20% discount, like the #75080 LEGO Star Wars AAT, #75081 LEGO Star Wars T-16 Skyhopper, and the #75083 LEGO Star Wars AT-DP. You can find them here: LEGO STAR WARS SETS ON AMAZON
➡ LEGO JURASSIC WORLD SETS ON AMAZON: All six of the LEGO Jurassic World sets are now listed on Amazon, although I would suggest you pay attention to the prices. Four of the sets are listed for the regular price or better, but two of them – the #75919 LEGO Jurassic World Indominus Rex Breakout and the #75920 LEGO Jurassic World Raptor Escape – are listed for higher than normal price. You can find them here: LEGO JURASSIC WORLD SETS ON AMAZON
➡ 2015 LEGO ELVES SETS ON AMAZON: Other recent LEGO sets worth checking out on Amazon are LEGO Elves, as they come with really sweet new elements and a nice color selection. The #41073 LEGO Elves Naida’s Epic Adventure Ship and #41075 LEGO Elves Treetop Hideaway are particularly great sets, but you can’t really go wrong with any of them. Also, I rarely make a point about this, but the box-art on all of the LEGO Elves sets is beautiful! You can find them here: LEGO ELVES SETS ON AMAZON
There are many other 2015 LEGO sets listed on Amazon, but they are listed by third-party sellers and the prices are not so good. So it is always a good idea to double check the listing, make sure the price is the same or better than the price by LEGO, the item is directly shipped by Amazon and eligible for free shipping. Other than this Amazon is a great resource for your LEGO and other shopping needs. If you find other great deals feel free to share them in the comment section below! 😉

I’ve noticed that it often takes a while for newly released sets to trickle out to Amazon. You must be careful at first because third-party sellers will usually post entries for new sets on Amazon at highly inflated prices. Those entries often do not become Amazon’s “official” listing, so if you save them on a Wish List you may not see when the price goes down. Otherwise, Amazon should be everyone’s first stop shop for sets. Not only are purchases on Amazon tax-free for MOST of the U.S., they generally match prices with Wal Mart and Target. If you see something on an advertised sale (non-clearance) at a big retailer, check Amazon, they will often have the same price. Also, you should make use of their “Wish List” feature. I keep sets I’m interested in saved on a list, which lets me easily check to see if any have gone on sale.
Yes, always make sure that what you are buying is shipped directly by Amazon. Otherwise it can’t be combined with other items and it is not eligible for free shipping. Items sold by Amazon always have the “eligible for free shipping” notice next to the item. And yes, the wish-list feature is very useful both for tracking prices and also for building up a shopping list.
these are already at my Wal-Mart. 🙂
Also, Admin when do you think new minifures are coming out? (ones after the second simpson wave) have any pictures been released?
The new minifigs will be available in August. It is a monster-y wave with a bunch of scary looking minifigs. 😈
Can I get a link? I can’t wait to see them! And get them! Wahahahaha!
No pictures yet. There was a very preliminary image some time back, but it was not of the final minifigs.
I LOVE getting my Lego sets through Amazon. I’ve got Prime so I get free 2 day shipping no matter how much or little I buy. Also, oftentimes I find that you can get great deals on EOL sets or even discontinued sets (better than Ebay or Briclink) if you are careful.
Oh, yes, if you are a Prime Member shopping on Amazon is a no-brainer. I’m not a member as I don’t shop that much, but yeah, for some people it’s totally worth it.
