The owners pack was also extremely limited in other regions and it is now considered a sought after collectors item.

I should also mention that there is a minifig-scale version of the vehicle in the LEGO Speed Champions line. So how did people got the owner’s pack who are selling it on ebay?
It was available early, or something, but they ran out of stock even before the set supposed to go live. They just messed up badly and now fans are upset.
