The LEGO Group’s AFOL (Adult-Fan-of-LEGO) Engagement team is running an interesting survey right now and asking for the help of the LEGO fan community to get some feedback. The survey consists of 12 questions and only takes a few minutes to complete. Below are the details.
Whether it is a call, chat, or email to LEGO Consumer Services, a visit to the local LEGO store, or a quick post on social media, we are constantly seeing a call for help by fans in need of a detective to help solve a great mystery… “Does anyone recognize this piece/set/partial build?” We are interested in learning more about this fan activity. If you would like to help, please go to the survey page: LEGO COMMUNITY SURVEY
Below is a sample question from the survey…
Please note that the survey will open only until February 15th. So, if you have a few minutes, please fill it out and also feel free to share it with other LEGO fans. And if you have any comments or questions about the survey, you’re welcome to post them in the comment section below.
So, is this worldwide or limited to certain countries?
Filled it out. Good survey.
It’s not limited, as far as I know. The only limitation is that the survey is only available in English. But anyone can fill it out. 🙂
I definitely do this. Usually on FB. Are there any other places people can get answers to these types of questions?
There are several Lego-specific forums and fan sites, such as BrickSet.
Survey done. Good questions. I normally ask questions here, on brickset, sometimes at Eurobricks, and as a last resort, in one of the Facebook AFOL groups.B
