Making holiday decorations out of LEGO bricks can be a fun activity for young and old LEGO fans alike. LEGO recently added a page to its website with simple building projects and holiday party games that the whole family can enjoy.
Projects include building LEGO snowflakes, decorations, penguins, snowmen, and more. Each of the activities indicates the age range it is suitable for as well as the approximate time it would keep participants engaged. Keep in mind that these activities are simple and fun and are mostly meant for families with young children. However, with some creativity, they could be adapted for older kids and even adults. You can find the whole list at the following page: LEGO CHRISTMAS PARTY GAMES FOR FAMILIES
These party activities could also be combined with building larger holiday displays like sets from the LEGO Winter Village collection, or holiday-themed LEGO Creator, LEGO City, and LEGO Friends sets. And if you’re looking for more small projects for the holidays, take a look at the LEGO Advent Calendars with one small build for each day counting down to Christmas!
What do you think? Does your family incorporate LEGO in your holiday traditions? Do you build together and play together during the holidays? Feel free to share in the comment section below!

Oh! Thanks for this! We were literally just searching activities like these for the kids!
I never saw that page before, but I noticed that at the bottom ii also has party activities for birthdays, rainy days, etc. Bookmarked.
I’m going to make a bunch of those penguin s and hide them in places. 🐧🐧🐧😁
They should do stuff like this for adults. More and more of my coworkers are building with lego. But they’re just following instructions. They don’t freebuild like those of us who grew up with it.
I sent this list to my brother. Hr and his kids will love it.
Would there be a countdown order for these numeral activities, such as in the Twelve Days of Christmas song?
