Discussing the new collection, Creative Lead at the LEGO Group, Raquel Ojeda Gregorio shares: “Wednesday has become a cultural icon with a dedicated fanbase and a captivating lead character. We felt the challenge to craft something that would genuinely delight fans of the series. Our goal was to capture the unique essence of Wednesday and offer LEGO enthusiasts a way to explore her universe through these collectibles, allowing them to immerse themselves even further into her world.”

“We’re thrilled to work with the LEGO Group to bring the dark and whimsical world of Wednesday to fans in an immersive new way. The new LEGO sets capture the show’s unique aesthetic and personality so perfectly,” said Jamie Kampel, Head of Amazon MGM Studios Consumer Products and Interactive Licensing.

“This collaboration gives Wednesday’s dedicated fanbase the opportunity to dive deeper into her mysterious universe through the power of LEGO building,” added Ricardo Cruz, senior licensing executive, Amazon MGM Studios Consumer Products and Interactive Licensing.

Commenting on the creation of the playful video, co-creator of Wednesday, Miles Millar said, “When I first heard that Wednesday’s world would be reimagined in LEGO bricks, I was so excited that all her fans could lose themselves in her mysterious world. We loved the idea of Wednesday’s loyal accomplice ‘Thing’ getting a starring role and being first in the world to build the new playsets, is there anybody who knows her spooky, quirky, monochrome world better? We had great fun making this video and hope it inspires fans new and old all over the world to build, play and let their imaginations take off.”

To celebrate the launch of the sets, select LEGO Stores across AMS and EMEA will be hosting a raven-themed scavenger hunt between the 26th of October and the 1st of November. To find out more, check out LEGO.com/Stores.

They used the same big doll looking figures in one of the Wish sets too. I guess we can call them the minidoll version of Consraction Figs? 😀

And what about those spiral pieces? And black birds. I don’t know anything about Wednesday, but I love the accessories!
