LEGO has been releasing some really nice sets under the LEGO Botanical Collection, and this year has been no different. We talked about some of them already, but I wanted to mention them again as we’re gearing up for the holiday season. The LEGO Botanical sets make beautiful holiday decorations, and are wonderful gifts for both seasoned LEGO fans and those new to LEGO. I have several family members and friends who got into the hobby because of the LEGO Botanical sets. They often end up collecting the series and may even venture into other adult-oriented themes like the LEGO Art mosaics and LEGO Ideas sets.
The LEGO Botanical Collection started back in 2021 with 2-3 sets per year. The collection must be popular because this year, LEGO added 6 new sets to the lineup! The #10329 LEGO Tiny Plants feature small houseplants in brick-built pots. The #10328 LEGO Bouquet of Roses is a luxurious mix of 9 red roses and white baby’s breath. The #10368 LEGO Chrysanthemum and #10369 LEGO Plum Blossom come with compatible stands and vases for a nice display. And the #10340 LEGO Wreath and #10370 LEGO Poinsettia are perfect decorations for the holidays. Below, I have included video reviews of some of the most recent sets in the collection, so you can see if they are something that you would like to get.
The #10340 LEGO Wreath comes with four hanging loops and can be displayed as a wreath or as an open design for table decoration. You can choose between red, blue, and white berries or create your own combination. And you can also position the included orange slices, cinnamon, and pine cones amongst the rich green foliage for the perfect look. The price of this set is $99.99 at the LEGO Botanical section of the Online LEGO Shop.
The #10370 LEGO Poinsettia depicts a ’Grande Italia’ poinsettia nestled in a woven basket flowerpot and features green leaves and five clusters of vibrant red leaves (bracts) with yellow cyathia at the center. You can place these amongst your other Christmas decorations, especially if you have LEGO fans in the family, and you can even build the set together as a nice family event. This set is only $49.99, which might allow you to get several for your decor. Available at the LEGO Botanical section of the Online LEGO Shop.
Although separate sets, the #10368 LEGO Chrysanthemum and #10369 LEGO Plum Blossom can be displayed together because of the matching stands and vases. #10368 LEGO Chrysanthemum comes with poseable leaves and petals, captures the vivid orange flower in bud, blooming, and in full bloom, and comes with a pastel green flowerpot decorated with a golden band and set on a wood-effect stand. The #10369 LEGO Plum Blossom captures the elegance of the iconic winter flora with its woody stem and vivid red and magenta flowers. The flower pot is built slightly differently in pastel-blue, but it has the same golden band and wood-effect stand. Both sets are $29.99 each at the LEGO Botanical section of the Online LEGO Shop.
I also recommend the #10329 LEGO Tiny Plants released earlier this year. The collection features flora based on arid, tropical, and carnivorous species, each nestled in a buildable, terracotta-colored container. Although it’s not specifically holiday-themed, it’s another set that’s great to build together with family, and also make a very nice gift. You can even break up the set and gift each of the nine potted plants separately to your loved ones. This set is $49.99 at the LEGO Botanical section of the Online LEGO Shop.
If you like the LEGO Botanical Collection, there is also another new item you may be interested in; the #5008974 LEGO Botanical Playing Cards. The deluxe boxed set includes 2 standard 54-card decks featuring beautiful hand-drawn images of flowers and succulents. The colorful cards come in a collectible keepsake box and are perfect for solo play or games with friends and family. This item is $16.95 and is available at the LEGO Botanical Collection section of the Online LEGO Shop.

I just ordered the two sets in the vases. I like their style. Thanks for the reminder.
I have an aunt who got into Lego because of the botanical sets. Shopping for her for Christmas is easy! 😊
I think I’ll get the poinsettia. I have a cat and I know the leaves are poisonous to cats. Of course plastic isn’t good for them either. I’m surprised that Lego didn’t make a dead flower arrangement for Halloween. Or is that my darkness speaking. LOL!
Haha! A dead flower arrangement would be fun! I have seen some really great monochrome (black/gray) displays that would be perfect for this!
