LEGO Ideas Six New Sets Coming & More!

The LEGO Ideas team finished last month with a big announcement we haven’t yet talked about. Over the past few months, their review board has had the pleasure of reviewing 57 qualifying product ideas that span a huge range of topics and subjects. All these projects achieved the landmark ‘10k’ status between early January 2025 and early May 2025.

Every build on LEGO Ideas that clocks up 10,000 supporters qualifies for an official review from the LEGO Ideas review board. There are three reviews each year, and the review board considers many different factors when deciding whether to approve a product idea and begin developing it into an official LEGO set. Normally, the LEGO Ideas team picks one or two projects to become official LEGO sets, but this time, they selected six!

Go Go Power Rangers! LEGO Megazord by TrumanBricks

La Catrina by yop1172

Smurf Village by The Half Blood Baron

Ramen by Micdud

E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial by lafabrick

Downton Abbey: Highclere Castle by BRO3 (this project was parked from a previous review period and is now fully approved to become an official LEGO set)

There are also three other projects from this review period that the LEGO Ideas review team considered, but they need more time to fully evaluate them and make a final decision:

Daft Punk Concert by RobotRock

Golden Girls by Martin_Studio

The Old Man and the Sea by Iyan ha

That’s an incredible lineup of future LEGO Ideas sets we can look forward to! And the LEGO Ideas review board is already hard at work on the second 2025 LEGO Ideas Review, which saw (yet another) record broken, with 146 product ideas collecting 10,000 supporters! The results will be announced sometime in early 2026. And in the meantime, you can take a look at the currently available sets originally designed by LEGO fans at the LEGO Ideas section of the Online LEGO Shop.

I’m looking forward to the Golden Girls and the Smurfs. The Smurfs village looks kind of sterile on the picture, but I’m sure Lego will do a great job. Like they did with the Friends elves.
