LEGO Modular Pet Shop – available now!

There has been a lot of speculation, anticipation and expectation for the newest member of the LEGO Modular Buildings line; the LEGO Pet shop. But finally it is available!

If you have been waiting for this latest of the LEGO modular buildings, I would suggest grabbing it now as I have seen previous modular buildings getting out of stock within hours after being released! Here is the link: #10218 LEGO Pet Shop

The LEGO Pet Shop is only $149.99. With 2032 pieces this comes to just 7 cents per piece! This is a great deal and also a great investment as these sets are highly coveted and only appreciate in price! (Just check the prices on any of the previous modular sets on eBay or Bricklink!) If you think about getting more than one, please be aware that LEGO currently has a 5 sets per customer limit on the Pet Shop.

This is the first LEGO modular building that is split into two smaller units. The pet-shop section is just super sweet! Eh, instead of me babbling on and on about it, just watch the videos below! Enjoy! 😀

What do you think? How do you like the LEGO Modular Pet Shop? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section below! 😉

Thanks for posting this! It is the modular sets that have brought me back to Lego. This newest addition is really exciting!
And yep, I totally agree! These sets are also a great investments. If you can hold on to them for a year or so they appreciate in price manyfold!

Yep, I agree with that one too! I bought the Market Street back in 2007 for $90, and sold it 3 year later for over $500! And now that is considered cheap! You can’t even get a used one for that price!

Same thing with Cafe Corner! It was originally sold for $140, now you are lucky to get any in the $500 range! The Green Grocer the same!

Basically, if you can hang on to any of the modular sets for 3 years or so, you are pretty much garanteed to make money! Heck, they are a lot better investment than anything on the stock market!

I have been debating if I should get this set! My boys are too small for it, but the whole modular building line is so appealing! But I always use the boys as an excuse to buy lego. 😀

Hayato, it is time to get some LEGO for yourself! 😉

    I just love it!!!
Ps.: Hayato doesn’t have LEGO??? 😮

Emma, yes, I think you would love this LEGO set! Mark’s boys are too small for LEGO. They are building with DUPLO. If you are referring to the reader Hayato above you, he is a different Hayato, not Mark’s son. 😉

I definitely like the modular buildings and can’t wait for the next one. Maybe a barbershop with extra hair options and a pharmacy with bottles and other things? Also a roof top solarium or greenhouse would be great.
They could also make an artist’s studio and display room. And a bakery would be interesting.

Barbara, all of those are great ideas. I’m actually really curious to see what the next modular is going to be. I really like the most recent Parisian Restaurant. Did you notice that it has a little artist studio at the top floor? 🙂
