Riding the waves!

Check out this small LEGO-vignette from Klementina Kosh for some real clever techniques! It is amazing how such beautiful curves and dynamic action can be achieved with little plastic bricks! (Click on the picture for a larger view in Klementina’s gallery.)

The wave is created with 1×2 plates and 1×1 round-plates, and the air-mattress takes advantage of the flexibility of a LEGO net piece. I can see this technique being useful in many other LEGO creations!

These minifigs are obviously enjoying themselves! 8)

That is a very cool technique! I know my husband Will likes to play with shapes like that.

Yes, me too! I especially like the air-mattress! Using the net is a really awesome idea for creating a flexible structure! 😀

Increadible technique on the air-mattress! The only thing I don’t like is the white part on the mattress. Is that supposed to be the pillow part? Or seafoam? Other than that awesome job!

Tito, I just noticed the white part on the mattress after you mentioned! I’m not sure if it supposed to be a pillow-part or foam. 😕
