I really like the dune buggy and I’d like to get the snow plow. I might also get the new police atv (not pictured) even though I already have one because I think I like the design better.

These sets appear to be popular in the US, most of them have already gone “Out of Stock.” I really only am interested in Red Creatures, the Go-kart, the Quad Bike, and the Snowplow truck from this wave. Hopefully I’ll get Red Creatures sometime next year. I might add that there are quite a few new pieces of particular interest, like this: http://brickset.com/parts/6099483 I need to work on my article…. 😉

Lego should have more plans for that piece than a single Creator set. Mixels?

      • BLProductions December 9, 2014, 11:08 AM

Hm, good idea. Just a sec….
Yes, after checking the 2015 Mixels, the piece appears on Flamzer (x3) and Vampos (x1). There are no doubt more on sets on other themes, probably Star Wars or something, but I haven’t had the time to look thoroughly. But thanks for the idea. 🙂

Any hints about when the Lego Big Bang Theory set will be available to purchase? Even a hint as to which quarter of 2015 would be SO appreciated!

    • admin January 9, 2015, 5:02 PM

Roberta, there have been no updates about this set, but my guess is that we should hear something by March. 😉

As far as I know they are going to be released in the spring.

  • Roberta March 2, 2015, 3:25 PM

Hi! I’m sure when you said you hoped we would hear something about the release date for the Big Bang Theory set, you didn’t mean March 1, but I was at the LEGO store in my area today and the salesperson said he doubted it would be out before June because there are already Ideas sets slated for April and May. Just wondering what you think about this theory? Thanks!

    • admin March 2, 2015, 3:53 PM

Roberta, what I was hoping for is that with the last Ideas announcement in early February (when they picked the Docror Who and WALL-E set) they would have had an update, but they didn’t. I’m really not sure what’s the hold-up. But yeah, no official updates as of yet, but they can be quite sudden with these specialty sets. They don’t follow the same patterns and schedules as regular LEGO sets. So we just have to wait and see. We will be announcing it as soon as we have an update. Hang in there. 😉

Thanks! Bought a couple of small sets today to hold me over! LOL! But thanks so much! What you said makes total sense. My thought today as I was chatting with the salesperson that when large companies are involved (as in CBS, and whoever else may have a hand in the mix with BBT) there would be more red tape, need for approval, contracts, etc thus potential hold ups! Nonetheless I’ll be among the first in line….thanks again!
