Wave 6 of LEGO Dimensions was released at the beginning of the month, introducing a whole range of new characters and gaming experience. There are six sets in LEGO Dimensions Wave 6, and we will look at each of them in detail. The poster below gives a helpful visual guide of the various LEGO Dimensions Fun Packs, Team Packs, Level Packs and Story Packs from each wave, and also reminds you which character came in which wave. So let’s take a look at what we got this time. 🙂

In the video-playlist below you can also check out the sets in more detail with the help of JANGBRiCKS. While the main purpose of the LEGO Dimensions Packs is to unlock new levels and features in the game, they are also interesting to minifigure collectors who appreciate the unique characters and gadgets included in the sets.

As you can see, LEGO Dimensions Wave 6 introduces several new franchises, and there will be more to come in LEGO Dimensions Wave 7. The new packs are available at various retailers as well as directly from LEGO: LEGO DIMENSIONS AT THE ONLINE LEGO SHOP

Amazon also got a very helpful dedicated page just for LEGO Dimensions, where you can find all versions of the Starter Pack for different gaming systems, and all the Level Packs, Team Packs and Fun Packs (add-on packs work with all systems). Amazon has many of the packs on sale, so you usually get a better deal, plus you can combine your purchase with non-LEGO items: LEGO DIMENSIONS ON AMAZON

So what do you think? How do you like Wave 6 of the LEGO Dimensions Packs? What do you think of the new franchises and game expansions? Do you play the game, or do you only collect the unique minifigs and accessories? Feel free to share your thoughts and discuss in the comment section below! 😉

I’ve purchased & played the Adventure Time Level pack, Ghostbusters 2016 & The A-Team from this wave. Loved the Ghostbusters levels & The A-Team world. Did not like the Adventure Time Level (overall also thought expensive when you compare it to the Ghostbusters 2016) , as found this as boring as the Portal 2 level. Guess we all like different things lol. I did love Finn’s abilities & the car.

I’ve ordered the Mission Impossible & Harry Potter packs, so unable to comment on those yet.

I can honestly say that I love playing the Dimensions game & have even ordered another Lego video game lol. I try not to think of the total cost in ££££ as to how much the Dimensions is costing me lol.

I play on the Wii U, and installed another year 2 update a couple of days ago. I now have errors in the game grrrr. Contacted support for info on how I can fix this. There seems to have been lots of ‘gremlins’ with the year 2 updates etc., on different platforms. Slightly annoying, but guess these will all be ironed out shortly.

Thanks for sharing your review. Very interesting. I did hear from others as well that they have been having issues since the year 2 update. I hope they will be fixed soon.

Some great figures in this wave. And I’m also looking for Wave 7. Is that going to be released next month?
