Free shipping & other LEGO deals continue!

LEGO quietly decided to continue the free shipping deal all the way until the 15th of June for orders over $75. There was not much notification about this, so I thought to keep you updated in case you thought the deal was already over. Free shipping is always a welcome break, especially if you have a larger set in mind, so if you had something on your LEGO shopping list this is a good time to visit the Online LEGO Shop. 🙂

You will also get a free exclusive LEGO Marvel Super Heroes Iron Man vs. Fighting Drone set on purchases of $50 or more. No special coupon needed. The Fighting Drone will be automatically added to your shopping cart and will be there when you check out. This offer is available only through the Online LEGO Shop and LEGO Stores.

LEGO Sales and Deals May-June

This is an excellent time to pick up one of the larger LEGO sets like the newly released Ultimate Collector Series #10240 LEGO Star Wars Red Five X-wing Starfighter or the #10232 LEGO Modular Palace Cinema, the latest in the LEGO Modular Building series.

And of course you can also take advantage of the free shipping offer on smaller sets that you like.

What do you think? Are you planning to pick up something during the free shipping period? Personally I’m waiting for the new LEGO Master Builder Academy kits, and the new LEGO Lord of the Rings sets – although I will probably pick those up locally. However for the LEGO exclusive sets the free shipping option is awesome as they are usually not available at local retailers. Let me know what you are getting in the comment section below! 😉

I was going to get the new Coast Guard Patrol but they wont let me checkout with US prices. I dont want to pay an extra 20$ due that i am situated in Canada. Plus our Country doesnt get the IronMan promo. What a bummer when i checked out.

Oh! So sorry to hear that! Do you by any chance live close to the border? I know a lot of people close to the border maintain an alternate USA address they use to have items shipped, then just take them back home. It still ends up being cheaper then shopping in Canada (at least for some items).

I’m looking forward to getting jek-14 though! GO STAR WARS!!!!!

    • admin May 26, 2013, 9:16 AM

Yeah, me too! I need at least four of them! I love his arm! 😀

  • Strider May 26, 2013, 10:07 AM

I took advantage of the offer last Wensday…and now right in front of me lies The Stagecoach Escape and Colby City Showdown. I love both of them but I probably won’t have fond memories because I built them when I was sick 🙂 And guess what? Lego added in Chima Chi Battles to our order 😀 That and the Iron Man thing went to my brothers because they weren’t getting much else and besides I was not counting on getting them. But the Lone Ranger sets are definetly keepers. The Minifigures are great and the Stagecoach is spectacular.

Strider, I’m glad you like them! Both of those sets are really awesome. Now you pretty much have an old Western Town! Have lots of fun! 😀

      • Strider May 26, 2013, 11:24 AM

Thanks 🙂 Western and Lego really seems to go well together.

        • admin May 26, 2013, 1:34 PM

Definitely. I was just browsing through an old LEGOLAND Billund catalog back form the 80s, and the entire park was Western themed! 😀

          • Strider May 27, 2013, 9:21 AM

Whoa 🙂 Wasn’t Billund the place in which the man who started Lego products lived?

            • admin May 27, 2013, 9:49 AM

Strider, yeah, the LEGO empire started and is still centered in Billund. 🙂
