So many new LEGO sets were released this month which have been keeping LEGO fans busy. I wanted to bring to your attention that if you are shopping online, a lot of the older LEGO sets just went on sale. So if you are buying some of the new sets but your total doesn’t meet the minimum for free shipping, you might consider taking a look at the Sales & Deals section of the Online LEGO Shop. Please note that LEGO putting sets on sale means that these products are getting retired. Once they are gone they are gone. Below are some of the highlights. 🙂
➡ LEGO NINJAGO SET ON SALE: The #70728 LEGO Ninjago Battle for Ninjago City is on sale. This is a beautiful set that will appeal not just to LEGO Ninjago fans but those who are into building Asian themed creations. The gorgeously decorated windows with the gold dragon are printed, and there are many other really nice elements included. It is worth to pay full price for this set, so having a sale is sweet. The other LEGO Ninjago set that’s on sale is the #70726 LEGO Ninjago Destructoid. If you are into building mean machines, this set has a great selection of interesting elements. You can find both of them under the Sales & Deals section. BUY HERE
➡ LEGO TMNT SETS ON SALE: As far as I know the LEGO Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles line is getting retired, so this is your last chance to get the sets. The #79115 LEGO TMNT Turtle Van Takedown, the #79116 LEGO TMNT Big Rig Snow Gateway and the #79117 LEGO TMNT Turtle Lair Invasion are all on sale. All three of these sets are large with lots of play-features and a great selection of minifigures. The LEGO TMNT Turtle Lair Invasion has a particularly good selection of parts. You can find all three sets under the Sales & Deals section. BUY HERE
➡ LEGO LEGENDS OF CHIMA SETS ON SALE: LEGO Legends of Chima is another theme that is getting retired with several sets on sale, mostly from the Fire vs. Ice conflict. Sets like the #70147 LEGO Chima Sir Fangar’s Ice Fortress, the #70135 LEGO Chima Cragger’s Fire Striker, and the huge #70145 LEGO Chima Maula’s Ice Mammoth Stomper, and there are many more. You can find them under the Sales & Deals section. BUY HERE
➡ LEGO ULTRA AGENTS SETS ON SALE: Yet another theme that is getting close to retirement is LEGO Ultra Agents. So far only a couple of sets are on sale; #70163 LEGO Ultra Agent’s Toxikita’s Toxic Meltdown, and #70161 LEGO Ultra Agents Tremor Track Infiltration. Both are great sets from the first wave of LEGO Ultra Agents, and it might be a good idea to keep checking if others go on sale as well. You can find them under the Sales & Deals section. BUY HERE
There are some other odds and ends, but these are pretty much the largest and most interesting sets that are getting retired and are now on sale. Please note that sale items usually move very quickly, so if you want to grab them before they are gone, I would suggest you do so by the end of the week. It is also a good idea to check the Sales & Deals section of the Online LEGO Shop at least once a month to see if anything new is added.
So what do you think? Are you planning to pick up any of the retiring sets? Which one are you getting? Or are you only focusing on the new sets? Feel free to share in the comment section below! 😉

I found the Creator Treehouse at Tarfet for about $21 the other day. Not 100% certain on original price, but think it was $35? Even if it was $30, that’s still a great deal – 350 bricks for $20.
That’s a great deal, I got mine from Target too, and it was $29.99….was yours an online return? Because when the someone returns an item they bought online, the price is epically reduced, even if it is pristine condition.
;'( I was saving up for so many of those specific ones, and now they are retiring. ;'(
