Winter Village yes, I’m not convinced about Cloud City set. Will see.
Could City is growing on me. I have been thinking about how to make it even better. There is potential.
Awesome!!!! Will have to check them out! Both look great!!
Cloud City is too big for my kids. They would just destroy it. But we will definitely add the fire station to our winter village!
“Just when I thought I got away , they drag me back in”. I’m going to house sit for my uncle and aunt , so will see how much money I get for the job. I’m behind so many sets that it’s hard to balance things out.
Have fun house sitting! Don’t let LEGO drag you to the dark side! Just get what you really want. A good rule of thumb I heard is make a list, and if two weeks later you still want it, get it (if it fits your budget, space, etc.). If not, just let it go, and let others enjoy it who want it more. 🙂
I’m looking at the city cargo terminal set because I have a couple cargo planes and trucks . I can spend a lot of money on a big set or spend smaller amounts of on smaller sets. I think for the holidays I’ll be focusing on the modular buildings . Yeah , sanctum sanctorum is great but I’m leaning more to the city sets . I’ve also been thinking of making a sanitation department. So, lots of ideas .
A sanitation department is so important! And it can be a fun build too! 😀
This reminds me; a few years ago there was this awesome little recycling set. It looked great, and was also great for teaching kids about recycling.
I think I have it. It came with three recycling containers and it came with a forklift to use to load the containers on a truck. ( it comes with a truck). I also made a post office , do you remember the postal van and airplane in that yellow and red color? Well I made a post office in the same color scheme.
Yes! That’s the one I was thinking about! Three containers for recycling different things. And yes, I do remember the postal van and airplane. They were super cute! 😀
