I admit, it looks great. I would love to build it, but I don’t know what I would do with it afterwards.

Same here. I would love to build it to learn the techniques, but then after that, what do I do? I want to get the smaller set though for the minifig torso prints.

Oh joy, another Sportsamaball thingy. Why the heck do people watch sports? Why do they worship things like SOCCER? (the proper name originally coined by the British then adopted by the US and then dropped by Europe.) Stadiums are space wasting money grubbing capitalistic endeavors to suck in weak minded fools who think sports are fun. Lego F’d up again.

I’m surprised they released a second stadium. I guess this means that the first must have done fairly well. I suppose these sets do better in Europe where soccer is more popular.

Well, They are the home teams for two of the most popular clubs internationally. There really isn’t any other sport that’s approaching its global popularity, I’d argue.

Weirdly, soccer is not very big in the U.S. I only see little kids playing it. I’m not sure why. Here, everyone is into football, baseball, basketball and NASCAR. 😀

Yeah, Hmm, American Football seems to be more or less a niche sport almost anywhere outside of North America, although it’s well known, due to American movies and pop culture. Baseball seems pretty big in South America, Japan and Korea, but possibly not much outside of these places. Basketball is probably the sport that’s most evenly popular, I think. The lack of much necessary equipment could probably be an advantage.
Nascar is strictly American, but I think car racing is quite big in Southern Europe.

I like how you can separate the stadium to five separate sections. It should make it easier to store the set without taking apart the whole thing. As far as what to use it for after it’s built, I have seen that cats really like these stadium sets. 😀

Haha! I have seen pictures of cats using the stadium and the Colosseum too as an expensive cat bed! 😀
