As you might know, the LEGO MINDSTORMS Robot Inventor set and LEGO SPIKE Prime kit each have a corresponding app but they can also function with the other app as well. Without any tracking, it is hard for the app developers to see if this cross-compatibility is being used. In order to learn more about this experience, the LEGO MINDSTORMS team has created a small survey to learn about app preference.
The LEGO MINDSTORMS Robot Inventor App is used for operating the robots in the #51515 LEGO MINDSTORMS Robot Inventor set, which you can find at the LEGO MINDSTORMS section of the Online LEGO Shop.
The LEGO SPIKE Prime app is used for the #45678 LEGO Education SPIKE Prime kit, which you can find at the LEGO Education section of the Online LEGO Shop.
If you have used either or both of the above-mentioned sets as well as the corresponding apps, or you are using the apps interchangeably, you can provide valuable information by filling out the survey. It only takes a few minutes. Here is the link: MINDSTORMS & SPIKE PREFERENCES SURVEY
Please note that the survey will open only until February 18th. So, if you have a few minutes, please fill it out and also feel free to share it with other LEGO fans. And if you have any comments or questions about the survey, you’re welcome to post them in the comment section below.

Not sure how this works exactly, but I filled out the survey.
To be honest, I feel that they really dropped the ball with the new powered up and mindstorms. I don’t know anything about the educational sets, but that might be the same. Lack of support, the apps are crappy, laggy and take up too much space on my phone. Keep it simple, Lego! I want power functions back!
