Happy Easter! Spring LEGO Sets and Botanical Favorites

Happy Easter, everyone! I stopped by my local LEGO Bricks & Minifigs franchise yesterday, and right near the entrance, they had a beautiful display of LEGO Easter and Botanical sets. I was told the latter are especially popular during the Easter season. If you have a location near you, I highly recommend checking them out. While the stores are smaller than official LEGO shops, there are now over 240 locations across the U.S. They specialize in buying, selling, and trading new and used LEGO sets and accessories, and many locations also feature play areas, loose brick bins, and minifigure stations.

Speaking of the LEGO Botanical Collection, there are some really lovely releases this year, including the #11501 LEGO Tulip Bouquet, #11502 LEGO Sunflower Bouquet, #11503 LEGO Flower Wall, and #11510 LEGO Magnolia Branches. If you prefer potted plants, the #11504 LEGO Peace Lily is especially elegant, while the #11509 LEGO Flowering Cactus adds a fun and playful touch. You can find all of these in the LEGO Botanical Collection section of the Online LEGO Shop.

As for seasonal sets, I’m really fond of the #40890 LEGO Easter Decorations and the #40957 LEGO Spring Wreath. Both are available in the seasonal section of the Online LEGO Shop and make great additions to spring décor.

This weekend, I’m planning to build the #31220 LEGO Art Claude Monet – Bridge Over a Pond of Water Lilies. It’s not specifically an Easter set, but its soft colors and floral theme feel perfect for the season. I will write up on my thoughts on it once I finish building.

What about you? Are you building anything this holiday weekend? Feel free to share and discuss in the comment section below!

Happy Easter 🐇🕊! One of those occasions for families to get together and Hope for peace and Harmony among us . Just remember there are more people with kind hearts than there people with hateful hearts. Lego that connect together are strong together. One piece should never be alone. ( that goes for people too).

Happy Easter, everyone! I have been eyeing the bridge, so I’m curious to hear your thoughts about it.

So this franchise buys back used sets? Do they have to be disassembled? And how much do they pay?

Hey, Martin, yes B&M buys back used sets. I don’t know if all the locations are the same or not, but where I’m at they pay 50% credit or 40% cash. If the set is retired, they compare to BrickLink prices, and if still in production, they will look at LEGO’s own prices. At our store, they take the sets assembled.

I absolutely love the idea of creating a permanent spring display with the botanical sets; it’s such a lovely way to keep that fresh, cheerful feeling indoors long after the real blossoms fade.

You’re spot on about how the botanical sets add a refreshing, year-round splash of nature to any display.
