The next LEGO Collectible Minifigure series is going to be available starting on May 1st as is featuring The Muppets!
This is an outstanding series that has been creating a lot of buzz in LEGO forums and on social media. The collection features the following twelve characters: Animal, Beaker, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, Janice, Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Rowlf the Dog, Statler, The Swedish Chef, and Waldorf.
The series also includes some awesome new accessories like Kermit’s banjo, Janice’s guitar, and some new printed tiles.
The Muppets characters are already available at some retailers, but their official release at LEGO stores and the Online LEGO Shop is May 1st. Individual packs are $4.99 each, and there is also a six-pack for $29.94. You can find both versions at the LEGO Minifigures section of the Online LEGO Shop.
What do you think? How do you like The Muppets characters? Are you planning to get any of them? Or collect them all? Feel free to share and discuss in the comment section below!

It’s time to light the lights.
Absolutely need Beeker / Bunsen and Statler Waldorf.
This is a series I really like. I’m going to try to collect all of them — hopefully without too many duplicates.
But the doubles I’ll use as characters roaming around my amusement park,
I’m biased — nobody can beat Kermit and Miss Piggy.
Love all of them and I think I will buy the whole series! Details on them are fantastic!
Although I’m Swedish, I’m still not sure if I’ll buy my countryman chef…
(And was it an attack of a killer tomato already in the Muppet Show?)
These looks fantastic! Lego doesn’t have many elderly people you can defiantly use Statler and Waldorf for your Lego city!
Yeah, even though the skin color and head shapes are wrong, since there are so few, I might defiantly do that…
…definitely..
(Hmm, such a dad comment…)
Haha! I thought of the same thing! 😀
There are just a couple series that I love & I can’t wait to get my hands on the whole series! I’m so excited!
Anyway, I also have a serious query. This is apparently the first time Lego would sell the CMF series as random 6-figure packs, and I wonder how it worked. Would you be guaranteed to get six different figures in one pack? Would they be sorted randomly otherwise, or sorted as “Pack A” with six of the figures and “Pack B” with the six others, so you’d be guaranteed a full set by buying three packs? It’s an enigmatic move, and I wonder how it’s implemented.
You do sometimes get doubles in the six pack . I usually get it on Amazon but, it seems like Lego has decided to have it on their website. I’m thinking of putting the Muppets mini figures in the Mos Eisley Cantina set.
