One of the most exciting sets released this month is the #21350 LEGO Ideas Jaws diorama. The set features an accurate replica of the boat from the film with a detailed cabin, removable roof, adjustable boom and rigging, and many of the accessories that you see in the movie. The boat can be placed on a brick-built seawater base along with the shark, or used separately.
The shark itself is an excellent build! Placed on the base, it looks like it’s emerging from the water with its mouth open. And you can remove the shark from the base and attach a separate brick-built tail section to make a complete shark.
And of course, the set also includes three minifigs, Chief Martin Brody, Matt Hooper, and Sam Quint, all with highly detailed features and outfits.
There is a lot to like here, and in the video-review below, JANGBRiCKS will show you all the details.
As you can see, the set looks amazing and movie-accurate, although there are lots of finicky details. So this might not be for the novice builder, but for experienced LEGO fans, it could be a fun project and interesting challenge. And the final model looks really impressive. If you would like to check it out, it’s available at the LEGO Ideas section of the Online LEGO Shop.

I have the set, and lim2e Jang said, building the front is very frustrating. It’s fairly sturdy once all the pieces come together. But boy, I wanted to throw it at the wall a few times.
I’m impressed by both the shark and the boat. Even if the shark’ s tail is inaccurate. And I really like how the did the waves. I hope I can get this set before it gets retired. The price is not bad!
I like this set so much! Too bad it’s a finicky build! I really like lego boats and this looks like one of the best! Thanks for including jang’s review, by the way. It was very helpful. I think I’m up for the challenge!
