LEGO Ideas Godzilla & More Coming!

Over the past months, the LEGO Ideas Review Board has had the enjoyable task of evaluating 54 qualifying product ideas, all of which demonstrated a huge array of creativity and innovation. All these designs achieved 10,000 votes from the LEGO fan community between early September 2024 and early January 2025. And yesterday, the LEGO Ideas team announced the winners!

This time around, the winner is the LEGO Godzilla by MattE720! In addition, the team also selected the LEGO Camping Trip by terauma as a potential LEGO set, but they need more time to make a final decision. Stay tuned for further updates on this project. They also made a final decision on the LEGO Tintin – Space Rocket by tkel86, which was another project that needed more time to evaluate from a previous review period. It is now officially in the queue to become an official LEGO set!

There are currently thirteen LEGO Ideas projects in development, launching at different points in the future, so there is a lot to look forward to!

And there is no slowing down on LEGO Ideas! The LEGO Ideas Review Board is already hard at work on the next review, the First 2025 LEGO Ideas Review, which saw 57 Product Ideas collect 10,000 supporters. The results will be shared in September. In the meantime, take a look at the currently available LEGO Ideas sets originally designed by LEGO fans at the LEGO Ideas section of the Online LEGO Shop.

I hope Godzilla will have better colors, because the current one is a big gray blob. I really like the camping set as is tough. I hope they approve it.

Tintin! That’s a deep cut. Maybe they are thinking more about European buyers than American buyers. But I guess it’s a good retro-scifi rocket in its own right as well.

Oh!!! I love the camping trip! Is like a Friends set but with minifigs! 😊
