2026 LEGO City Rides – Tiny Cars with Baby Drivers

Yesterday, we discussed some of the small LEGO Disney sets coming in the New Year, and today we will take a look at some tiny LEGO City sets that are part of a new line called LEGO City Rides.

These pocket-sized LEGO City vehicles are going to be $9.99 each, and feature chunky little vehicles with oversized tires, operated by LEGO minifigure babies. Four sets have been revealed so far: the #60481 LEGO City Rides Police Truck, the #60482 LEGO City Rides Fire Engine, the #60483 LEGO City Rides Loader, and the #60484 LEGO City Rides Gaming Car. Take a look at the video below to see them in detail.

The sets are recommended for ages 5+, but I already heard from many older LEGO fans that they intend to purchase them, as well as any future sets coming in the collection. They are cute, fun, collectible, and affordable. A nice break from all the huge sets that require significant investment of money, time, and space.

A similar collection that LEGO started last year is the LEGO City soapbox racers. These sets also contain tiny vehicles, but they are operated by regular minifigures. They are still available at the LEGO City section of the Online LEGO Shop.

What do you think? How do you like the upcoming LEGO City Rides mini cars? Feel free to share and discuss in the comment section below!

It would be fun to build a city to this scale. With babies as the main characters.
