This latest LEGO Ideas set is now available for pre-order and will be landing on retail shelves starting January 1st, 2026. This charming set features two love birds sharing a moment of affection in a blossoming tree. The best part? The two birds form a heart when posed the right way: Just point their tails together and tilt their heads inwards. Awww!
In September 2024, LEGO Ideas and Target collaborated to bring you the Build from the Heart Challenge. Hundreds of LEGO Ideas fans responded with creative takes on a Valentine’s Day gift, in the hope that their twists on love, friendship, and self-care would become a future LEGO Ideas set.
The grand prize selection from the Build from the Heart Challenge was the charming Love Birds from LEGO fan ModularManiac, which inspired the final set. ModularManiac’s original design used 411 elements to showcase two inseparable birds perched on a tree branch. The final set has built upon ModularManiac’s lovely creation to boost the piece-count to 750 and feature poseable love birds enjoying the tree’s spring blossoms.
The set measures over 8.5 in. (22 cm) high, 12 in. (31 cm) wide, and 6.5 in. (17 cm) deep and is the perfect way to celebrate love and friendship – and create an adorable bird décor!
