Unlocking History Brick by Brick! Today, the LEGO Group unveiled the highly anticipated #10326 LEGO Icons Natural History Museum set. It is the largest LEGO Modular Building set by piece-count and one of the most requested building themes by fans.
The #10326 LEGO Icons Natural History Museum is the perfect addition to the LEGO Modular Buildings Collection and features fresh architecture, new building techniques, and countless fun stories. The two-story model includes dual atriums, a removable roof, and a middle floor, and is packed with brick-built exhibits and details. The 4,014-piece model measures over 12 in. (31 cm) high, 15 in. (39 cm) wide and 10 in. (25 cm) deep.
To the right of the entrance, visitors are welcomed by a giant brick-built Brachiosaurus skeleton. This dinosaur is so large, that its neck rises above the first floor and stretches into the second. It’s flanked by several smaller exhibits including a sabertooth skull, a fossil, and yes, even dinosaur eggs.
Up on the landing, the museum’s geology section showcases a colorful array of quartz, geodes, and stalagmites, and spotlighting a cutaway of the earth and its molten core.
Heading up to the second floor, witness a large map of the planet showing the projected orbit of a new rocket, a detailed orrery of the solar system, and a diorama of a future space base. Up on the roof, the museum’s curator recounts their experiences and travels in their detailed office writing memoirs.
