The Future of LEGO Customer Service Survey

LEGO Customer Service is currently reviewing its online presence and looking at ways to evolve and innovate to serve their customers better in the future. To this end, they are currently running a survey to get the feedback and ideas of the AFOL (Adult-Fan-Of-LEGO) community. Please note that this survey is best completed by those who’ve interacted with the LEGO Customer Service website before, whether it’s help topics, building instructions, chatting with customer service, the Bricks & Pieces parts replacement and parts order service, or any other service found on the website.

The survey includes questions like your general impression of the LEGO Customer Service website, issues and questions the website should help resolve that’s not included now, the current features that you like the most and the least, and how could the LEGO Customer Service website could serve AFOLs and AFOL fan groups better.

The whole survey only takes maybe 5-10 minutes to answer (depending on how deeply you want to go into the questions). If you would like to help out and share your valuable feedback and opinion, please fill out the survey by August 20th. Here is the link: THE FUTURE OF LEGO CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE SURVEY

If you haven’t used the LEGO Customer Service website before, I highly recommend checking it out. There is so much helpful information. The site covers obvious customer service topics like checking on deliveries, dealing with missing pieces and damaged shipments, returns, getting in touch with customer service by phone or email, questions related to LEGO VIP accounts, etc. And, you can also download building instructions, purchase loose LEGO elements through Bricks & Pieces (the selection are prices are usually much better than at the online Pick-A-Brick section), find out how to get replacement stickers, find fun facts and building tips, learn about LEGO events and tours near you, find game and device guides, get information and guides on the LEGO electronic and robotic systems, and much more.

What do you think? Have you ever used the LEGO Customer Service website? Which are your favorite parts of the site? And how did you like the survey? What’s one new feature that you would really like to see on the site? Feel free to share and discuss in the comment section below!

LEGO Forza Horizon Porsche White Version

As we discussed previously, there is a new LEGO Speed Champions expansion pack that is now available for players of Forza Horizon 4. Forza Horizon 4 is a racing video game developed for the Xbox One and Windows 10. The game originally featured three vehicles from the LEGO Speed Champions line; the McLaren Senna (available in the #75892 LEGO Speed Champions McLaren Senna set), the Ferrari F40 Competizione (available in the #75890 LEGO Speed Champions Ferrari F40 Competizione set), and the 1967 Mini Cooper S Rally (available in the #75894 LEGO Speed Champions 1967 Mini Cooper S Rally and 2018 MINI John Cooper Works Buggy). You can read more about the game and the vehicles here: LEGO Speed Champions & Forza Horizon 4

Recently, another LEGO vehicle was added to the game. The 1974 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 is available as the first barn find in the game. Barn finds are basically abandoned vehicles that are available when you upgrade your Master Builder House in LEGO Valley. Once you find it, it will be added to your garage. Below is a short clip of what the vehicle looks like in game.

While the Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 in the game, a lime-green version was released as a real LEGO car back at the beginning of 2018 in the #75888 LEGO Porsche 911 RSR and 911 Turbo 3.0 set. It is one of the most popular LEGO Speed Champions vehicles due to the great design and few stickers (fits well in LEGO City setups). As an interesting move, LEGO decided to re-release the set in white to match the vehicle in the game. The #75895 LEGO Speed Champions 1974 Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 is now available at LEGO retailers like Amazon and the Online LEGO Shop.

The lime-green and white versions of the Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 are identical except for the design and placement of some of the stickers. In the video-review below, JANGBRiCKS will show you the white version of the vehicle, and also compares in to the lime-green one.

The white version of the Porsche 911 Turbo 3.0 is a welcome addition to the LEGO Speed Champions line. Collectors love to have different colors of the same vehicle, so this set especially appeals to them. In addition, both colors of the Porsche fit well in LEGO City settings. And for those who play the game, it’s great that now they can own matching LEGO sets of all four vehicles. You can find them at the LEGO Speed Champions section of the Online LEGO Shop.

What do you think? Do you play the Forza racing games? And what do you think of the LEGO Speed Champions expansion pack and vehicles? Do you have any of the LEGO Speed Champions vehicles from the game? What other vehicles would you like to see re-released in other colors? Feel free to share your thoughts and discuss in the comment section below!
