LEGO Lord of the Rings full game movie

LEGO video games come with incredible detail and animation, interesting and involving game-features, and a generous sprinkle of LEGO humor. The LEGO Lord of the Rings video game is no exception to this trend, but also comes with one unique feature; the voice-cut of the actual actors from the movies. This creates a very realistic gaming experience. 🙂

We have talked about the game before (see: LEGO Lord of the Rings Video Game Coming!), and today I would like to show you something special. YouTube member mario11168 compiled all of the animated Lord of the Rings movie-scenes from the game – basically creating an hour-and-a-half long LEGO version of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. If you want to immerse yourself in the Lord of the Rings saga with LEGO minifig heroes & villains this is for you! Grab your popcorn and enjoy! 😛

And to get a taste of the LEGO Lord of the Rings game features, here is a helpful video from the FliptriqTV as he walks you through some of the sections of the game. It looks really fun and quite engaging!

If you would like to pick up the LEGO Lord of the Rings game to play around during the long winter evenings, they are sold out on LEGO’s website, but still available on Amazon.com: BUY GAME HERE

So what do you think of the LEGO Lord of the Rings video game? Have you played it yourself yet? How do you like it? Which of the characters and epic scenes would you like to see in an actual LEGO set? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section below! 😉

Sounds kind of neat but I would not pay thirty bucks to waste time in front of a screen pressing buttons. I would rather play with real legos 🙂

LOL! I’m not a gamer myself, but a lot of people are into LEGO video games. There is something for everyone! 😀

I’m all for playing with real LEGO too, but for $30 I can virtually play with 60+ however minifigs and go across all of Middle Earth. My house is only so big to play in, so the expansive world of the video game is nice to run around in with 0 pieces to have to clean up afterwards.

LOL! Yeah, no mess! Thanks for sharing that! I haven’t thought of it that way! 😀

Guys! Just saw The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, and I gotta say, if you haven’t seen it, you definitely should. It was one of the best movies I’ve ever seen.

I’m glad to hear that! I’m definitely going to see it! 😀

I have to say, this video is very well done. It follows the actual movies pretty closely, but with a fun, LEGO twist. Wish I could watch the whole hour and a half!

Eric, yeah it is long, but still shorter then watching the whole trilogy! 🙄

LOL Next month, I’m engaging in a marathon viewing of all three extended cut releases one after another. Can’t wait!
