LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles coming!

We have talked about LEGO Star Wars: Theย Yoda Chronicles several times (see links at the end of this post) and if you have been excited, or mystified by, what The Yoda Chronicles is all about, here is some great news for you! According to IGN LEGO Star Wars: Theย Yoda Chronicles is coming to Cartoon Network soon! Below is the full scoop. ๐Ÿ™‚

LEGO Star Wars The Yoda Chronicles on Cartoon Network

LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles Set for Cartoon Network – New three-part animated special kicks off with “The Phantom Clone”. LEGO Star Wars will soon return to Cartoon Network with The Yoda Chronicles, a new Star Wars story told in three animated specials. The first 30-minute special titled “The Phantom Clone” will premiere on Wednesday, May 29 at 8pm ET/PT on CN, with the second and third installments airing later this year.

Set in the prequel era, “The Phantom Clone” centers on Jedi Master Yoda and a fresh class of Padawans who set out to stop Darth Sidious and his minions from creating a new super-weapon that could crush the Republic. The special will also introduce Jek 14, an all-new original clone character who has been “enhanced” by the Force. The Simpsons’ Michael Price wrote the script. The Yoda Chronicles marks the first time entirely new Star Wars characters and vehicles have been created specifically for LEGO Star Wars. Building sets related to the special and featuring Jek 14 will be available in August.

Pretty exciting, isn’t it? I’m definitely looking forward to this series, and especially for the LEGO Star Wars sets coming with it. Here is also the second mini-movie, LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chroniclesย – Who Let the Clones Out (you can see the previous episode at LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles Update). Enjoy!

Also, don’t forget that there is the LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles book from DK Publishing, which comes with an exclusive Special Forces Commander Clone Trooper. You can pre-order the book on Amazon right now for $10.90, which is 43% off the cover price of $18.99. The book is scheduled to ship around July 15. BUY HERE

Once they go on YouTube could you please post the videos here? I don’t get Cartoon Network and I’m not allowed to search YouTube either. ๐Ÿ™

    • admin May 18, 2013, 8:57 PM

Yeah, sure, although expect that it may not show up on YT for a while. CN is very heavy going after illegal uploads. ๐Ÿ™

hey BUG! I really like your name its pretty funny ๐Ÿ˜€ I agree with bug, I don’t really like YouTube and Cartoon Network is *freaky* please post the Yoda chronicles on the brickblogger! much appreciated if you do!

Interesting… I also find CN freaky. I mean I don’t have a television and I only watch something when we travel and stay at a hotel or stay with friends/family, but I was always amazed by how awful the cartoons were. I was thinking. “Gosh, this is what kids watch these days? And they like this stuff?!” ๐Ÿ˜•

Admin, I don’t have cable either and I don’t think I’m really missing anything save Duck Dynasty maybe. Also I agree that CN has some crappy shows that are either pointless or have questionable stuff. I’m not saying CN is evil, I’m just saying a lot of what I’ve seen is junk or “freaky”. However I do think Lego shows are wholesome and clever. I’m not really into watching the Lego shows like Chima and Ninjago but I love the Star Wars movies. Padawan Menace was hilariously clever however I did think it was way better than The Empire Strikes Out.

Yep, I agree; the LEGO cartoons are the only ones worth watching. I wish LEGO would upload them all to their YouTube Channel instead of forcing people to watch CN. ๐Ÿ™

Cartoon Network is evil! ๐Ÿ‘ฟ I barely watch tv anymore because a bunch of crap on these days.

            • admin May 20, 2013, 10:52 AM

Yep, totally agree. We don’t have a TV, but when I do have a chance to watch some, I’m totally amazed that people watch such low quality and utterly boring stuff. The only channels I like to some extent is Discovery Channel. ๐Ÿ˜

I agree, we don’t have a TV either and CN is sickening

Yeah, Cartoon Network sucks, but unfortunately it’s the only cartoon channel that still shows actual cartoons. Nickelodeon and Disney are almost entirely live action. If you want to watch decent cartoons you have to subscribe to the HUB. They show about three different Transformer series, plus at least two BatMan series (and MLP Frienship is Magic). But to stay on topic, I am very excited about the Yoda Chronicles. Lego Star Wars is the best kind because it combines Star Wars awesomeness with Lego’s power to make anything happen. There are so many crossovers that could only happen in Lego (like BatMan/Star Wars, Batman/Avengers, and Star Wars/NinjaGo) because nothing has to make sense in Lego. It just has to be awesome! ๐Ÿ˜€

    • admin May 18, 2013, 8:53 PM

Yeah, crossovers are awesome! Glad to hear I’m not the only one doing them! ๐Ÿ™„

    • lego trooper 91 May 20, 2013, 9:47 AM

you could also do ninjago lord of the rings and batman and casle and agents dino(i don’t have any batman or lord of the rings or agents) ๐Ÿ˜‰

    • ninja of stealth May 20, 2013, 7:55 PM

PLEASE DON’T MENTION MLP TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE HAUNT ME!

      • ninja of stealth May 20, 2013, 7:56 PM

        I meant the=they

  • Legoman640 May 18, 2013, 7:34 PM

Finally. I waited for flippin ever for this. I almost gave up all hope of seeing that on tv.

  • darkon May 19, 2013, 2:11 PM

Yeah, the quallity of Cartoon Network is so terrible that one day my dad and I were joking about what would happen if Satan wanted his own cartoon channel, and I said the he would have to take Nickelodeon because Disney is too powerful and Catoon Network is too rundown even for Hell. ๐Ÿ˜€

    • admin May 19, 2013, 2:52 PM

LOL! I’m glad to hear that kids are not into it either. I kind of lost faith in the upcoming generation thinking that they actually like this stuff. And yeah, I bet that even the Devil has better taste! ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

  • darkon May 19, 2013, 2:18 PM

As for crossovers, yeah I love them. I’m always doing all sorts of crazy crossovers with my lego figures. My current one started with Star Wars, but then Darth Vader formed a Council of Evil that includes Pythor, Loki, Lex Luthor, Shredder, Davy Jones, and Megatron (from Kre-o). So you could probably say it has a lot more than just Star Wars stuff involved now. Darth Maul: “Now, to destroy the jedi, once and for all!!!” Anakin: “Jedi vs Serpentine! Who will win?” ๐Ÿ™‚

    • admin May 19, 2013, 2:53 PM

Jedi vs. Serpentine; would love to see that! Way too fun! ๐Ÿ˜€

    • lego trooper 91 May 19, 2013, 5:51 PM

i think that jedi would win because they have powers like the force and they have beter wepons but it depends on if i the snakes had the great devour ๐Ÿ˜‰
