    First Comment Yay 🙂

I have been waiting for those sets for a long time
I want the ewok village the more than the Sydney Opera House
the Sydney Opera House neat but it costs a little much

But why do both of them say that they are Lego vip exclusives

    • admin August 17, 2013, 10:16 AM

Yeah, I want the Ewok Village too! As I mentioned in the post, both sets are currently available for VIPs only. They will be available for non-VIPs on September 1st. 😉

yes, yes, yeah!!!!!! Ewok Village! I should probably start saving up! really! i’m a V.I.P or as my grandma would say vip. seriously, i’m not joking. now that I read your comment admin I understand now that the thing is only for V.I.Ps so that’s cool! not to advertise or anything but being a V.I.P is easy and free! and sometimes you get free stuff! like me and my sister onetime when we got a retiring spedors thing. spedors cool theme, not so much but the online game is cool, like I said… not to advertise or anything.

what does it mean? “your comment is awaiting moderation” what is this?

          • admin August 17, 2013, 1:37 PM

Don’t worry about it. It just means the system wants me to check your comment before it gets approved. You may have used a word it didn’t like. It happens sometimes.

        • admin August 17, 2013, 1:36 PM

Yeah, there is absolutely no downside to being a VIP. It is free, and the most improtant thing is that you get points with every purchase, sometimes even double points. Which of course adds up and converts to cash you can use for a future purchase. Also, you can get early-bird access so sets, like what you see here. 🙂

  • NoahNace10 August 17, 2013, 10:21 AM

Love the village so much!!! But I thought it was a little taller than 1” high.

    • admin August 17, 2013, 11:12 AM

LOL! Nice catch! That’s actually direclty from LEGO’s website, so I guess they made a typo. I just changed it to 13 inches – I guess that’s what they meant. 🙄

  • ninja of stealth August 17, 2013, 12:37 PM

    so true admin, so true.

  • Beardless Dwarf August 17, 2013, 2:01 PM

The Ewok Village looks nice! Unfortunately that’s out of my price range as I plan to buy Orthanc as soon as I can. I don’t really like the Architecture sets that much though, so I will not try to buy the Opera House (I also don’t like Opera).

If, somehow, I could find $250 laying around I would buy the Ewok Village. I hope they make a similar set for Lothlorien in LOTR.

    • admin August 17, 2013, 6:03 PM

A LOTR set this size would be spectacular and a dream come true! 😛

    • Ike August 17, 2013, 6:37 PM

me too! maybe a mount doom, or minas tirth would work too, a huge 5,000 piece minas tirth would be awesome!

      • NoahNace10 August 17, 2013, 6:41 PM

No!!! Not a Minas Tirth!!! I’d go bankrupt!!!

  • Kristina August 17, 2013, 2:16 PM

If you can wait… everyone is talking about the September promo already; WUS $75 get a free mini VW Camper.

  • benny the padawan of the grand army August 17, 2013, 3:50 PM

would love the ewok village but im saving up for the larty (LA-AT/I), hopefully next year theres gonna be a VIP exclusive for star wars as my amount of money is going up all they time I don’t see LEGO. I dont really want to opera house though, I like sets with figs

    • benny the padawan of the grand army August 17, 2013, 3:51 PM

typo I put ” – up all they time – ” I meant “the” not “they”

  • legostuff71 August 17, 2013, 4:07 PM

The Ewok village has been order and its on its way. I may have to move in it because of how big it is. Of course I always say LEGO is a lot like Jell-O their is always room for it.

    • admin August 17, 2013, 6:00 PM

LOL! Also, almost as expensive as a real house… just kiddin’ 😛

      • Ike August 17, 2013, 6:38 PM

        depends on the house 🙂

        • Håkan August 18, 2013, 5:03 AM

I read about a calculator on the Internet calculating the costs of a real-life Lego house, by ordering the bricks new. It wasn’t cheap…

          • admin August 18, 2013, 9:29 AM

Yeah, I wrote about that calculator sometime back. It was fun. And as you said; the bottom line was that a real LEGO house would be very expensive!

  • Fikko3107 August 17, 2013, 4:36 PM

Alright! 5 out of 7 polybags obtained!

I’ve gotten the Daily Mail polybag for today, the Lone Ranger Pump Cart, and an exlusive Geoffrey polybag from TRU. The Geoffrey polybag basically took me the whole day to get, as I hop from TRU to TRU to get. But it was totally worth it.

    • Håkan August 17, 2013, 5:57 PM

Congrats, it annoyed me somewhat that the pump cart couldn’t work with Lone Ranger holding it, but at least it was kinda cute.

    • admin August 17, 2013, 6:01 PM

I was wondering if you will be getting those! 😛

    • Chi-bacca August 18, 2013, 6:47 AM

Aha I was gonna ask if you got those. I’ve got the LR one and thought about the Geoffrey giraffe one but decided against it. Instead I bought the Orc forge! It was going cheaper and I considered it before so I had to get it 😀
It’s really awesome!!! I finally have a BURP and a new light-up brick. I still have the old exo force ones 😆
