There is something strange that supposed to happen to the four main characters of LEGO NINJAGO as the story of “NINJAGO – Rise of the Snakes” unfolds. This is evident from the NEW YORK toy-fair images.
NRG Ninja circled in red...
Kai, Jay, Zane and Cole will morph into their NRG state (which, according to some sources, refers to “energy”). So we will have an NRG Kai, and NRG Jay, an NRG Zane and an NRG Cole. (Yeah, we already had plain ninja, DX ninja, ZX ninja, and now NRG ninja. If you are a collector of them all, I feel sorry for your wallet!)

I like the Green Ninja, but the NRG form of the four other ninja looks pretty evil to me. I don’t know if this is going to be the final design, or if LEGO is still working on them. Let me know in the comment section below what you think of them all! 😉

He grows up as a teenager
lloyd still not get his long legs until end of season 2
They give him long legs so he can have a crown on his spinner, as in booster pack ‘Lloyd Garmadon’, he can’t have a crown with the short legs.

I heard from some peolpe that lord garmerdon made him a kid soo he could go to school to be save but he’s really 20 years old and in season 3 the ninjas get the thing to make him 20 and taller but I’m not so sure I think lord garmedon makes him 20 years old before he dies
Acutally, I think he might be allitle taller in episode 11, though not his whole hight! ANyway, if he is 11, which he probably is, then he should grow soon.
I have some sort of strange feeling that Lloyd will grow taller at the beginning of season 3. And by then or later in the season, I’m positive that Lloyd will have learned Spinjitzu. Possible reasons for height growth:
1: Puberty (cue LOL moment).
2: To fit in with the spinner so people woln’t be complaining to the animators, “BUT HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE TALLER! Atleast that’s what the set says…..”
So fellow Ninjago fans, don’t be surprised in the Season 3 Premiere that you see a taller, grown up Lloyd. Expect it.

I watched the 10th episode on Youtube (korean version) it shows the ninja putting their weapons around lloyd and he morphs into the green ninja it also shows kai stealing the green ninja clothes
he wasn’t stealing them he was playing in them!
oober, Lloyd didn’t morph directly into his Green Ninja clothes, the ninja put their weapons in front of him, and they reacted correctly, unveiling the mysterious Green Ninja’s identity. And Becky, Kai wasn’t playing in the Green Ninja outfit, he just thought if he put the clothes on, he could see his true potential, because he was nonetheless jealous of the others because they unlocked their powers, and he was the only one who didn’t.

The LEGO creators might make an NRG Lloyd, because it appears that he will meet his full potential. This is just a speculation, and I might not be correct.
Yes, most sources say in the Season 3 Finale that Lloyd will unlock his true potential and finally defeat the pirates, hence the title, “The Ultimate Spinjitzu Master”. So yes, he will, Skales.

Not scary, but maybe just a little more harm than good look…. except Cole. He DEFINETLY looks like he’s changed sides. What do you think NRG Lloyd will look like? I’m thinking he’ll turn out as a combination of ALL four elements.

the nrg ninjas eyes kinda make them look like zombies
….. why would a bunch of Lego Minifigures Designers make a ninja/fantasy/modern theme make their main characters’s eyes look like zombies? Sure, the Four Ninja look like they want to do more harm than good, but in the episodes, like admin said, they look quite fantastic!

Episode 11 was so cool. To bad they did’nt have them transform to nrg like in the last 4 episodes
Remember that the chamber they were trapped in was built out of benchstone (or bedstone, I couldn’t really hear what Sensei Wu said), so that rendered their elemental powers useless.
No powers, no Golden Weapons = They can’t get outta there
without Lloyd’s help.
So yeah, if they could use their powers, I bet they would get out of their in an instant.

Yeah, these minifigs are a bit on the scary side. Interestingly, in the episodes they looked quite fantastic. I guess it is hard to get the same effect in a real minifigure. BTW, I have heard that the design on the NRG minifigs are holographic. 😉
I hope by at least season 3 that they will be in this NRG form, but I hope the show’s animators will give a more….. good side look. But we all gotta agree though, these minifigures do look cool! I’m hoping somewhat and way, the ninjas will stay in this form, because even though they look like they want to do more harm than good (I’m POSITIVE the animators will fix that up) they look like together they’re an unstoppable force!

In other stuff, I hope the Four Ninja use their true potential powers, NRG forms, or whatever, more in Season 3. Once the ninja unlocked their true potential, the lack of their NRG powers in Season 2 was utterly disappointing. Fingers crossed! 😀
