While we are waiting for the next episode of Ninjago Rise of the Snakes, I thought to share with you this new trailer for Season 2 of Ninjago – Year of the Snake. Pretty awesome, isn’t it? As you can see; the rest of the episodes are continuing to be full of action and lots of twists and turns. Despite all of their previous successes it doesn’t seem like the ninja have been able to stop Pythor and the other serpentine from gathering the four fang-blades and awakening the Great Devourer. According to legend the Great Devourer cannot be killed and will destroy the whole of Ninjago. How will Kai, Jay, Zane, Cole, Nya, Lloyd and Sensei Wu face these incredible challenges? 😕

I found this unfortunate fact on Brickipedia. Unlike the larger sets in the line, the minifigures and weapons in the Spinner sets are made from a cheaper Chinese plastic, rather than the usual ABS. It is the end of the world!

Lord Garmadon dies. He takes the 4 Golden Weapons and jumps off a building to destroy the Great Devourer. Sensei Wu and Pythor were eaten by the GD. Sensei comes back at the end, but we never see Pythor. Season 3 (or 4), anyone?
