The story of LEGO Ninjago Season 9: Hunted feature some of our ninja friends stranded in the Realm of Oni and Dragons, where they must save the Dragons from the barbaric Dragon Hunters. We have seen the first trailer of Season 9 previously (see: LEGO Ninjago Season 9: Hunted Trailer), and a couple of days ago, LEGO released a new trailer featuring the upcoming season. This trailer specifically focuses on the dragons. Watch below. 🙂
The official synopsis of LEGO Ninjago Season 9 is as follows: While Lloyd and Nya resist Emperor Garmadon’s oppressive hold on Ninjago City, Young Wu and the rest of the ninja are stranded in a barbaric realm where fierce dragons are being hunted down by Iron Baron and his gang of Dragon Hunters. Lloyd must endure in Ninjago City, the others need to find the fabled Dragon Armor if they ever hope to get back home to stop Emperor Garmadon once and for all.
Gorgeous dragons, aren’t they? I also really like the beautiful background music, which was always a prominent feature of the LEGO Ninjago TV show. This second trailer also explains a bit more about the recently released LEGO Ninjago Season 9 sets we talked about a few days ago: LEGO Ninjago 2018 Summer Sets Overview. Particularly, the #70652 LEGO Ninjago Stormbringer, the #70653 LEGO Ninjago Firstbourne, and the #70655 LEGO Ninjago Dragon Pit. You can find the new sets at the LEGO Ninjago section of the Online LEGO Shop.

SO exciting!!! Can’t wait!!!!! Love the dragons!!
Imho, the dragons in the trailer are better than the sets. The best dragon is in the arena set. It’s smaller, but the colors are perfect.
Caroon network is so weird with their releases. This season has been out in other countries like forever, and we have been waiting forever. And now CN airing them here all at once? What’s the logic behind this?
Yep, their scheduling is super weird. We wanted to watch this during the summer break and not right before school starts!
Very cool. In fact it’s so cool that I changed my birthday wish list to the dragon pit and the two dragon sets ( no Assembly Square maybe I ask for it for Christmas).
I’m happy to hear that! I was sort of hoping you will get the Dragon Pit! It look so awesome! 😀
Really looking forward to the new episodes. I agree the timing is weird, but better now than never.
The dragon pit can be used for anything . ( from mad max to star wars). The dragons , enough said .( dragons are always cool).
Very true! 😀
