Wow! What an interesting mix! I wasn’t too interested in this show because it seemed they mostly do large builds, but now I want to see the dynamics between these folks. 😀
No kidding! I just want to see a battle between these people. I don’t care if it’s lego or a survival show.
I believe there was one of the series, with a make-up/ SFX theme, where the bickering battles never started, since people were always so friendly to each other.
One friend watched it and felt it was quite liberating…
This is so awesome. I would love to see what kind of techniques they use on building certain projects. To me it would be a learning show.
Has anyone discovers the Master Builders kits that are not on the Lego website. I know they exist but can’t find them except on Amazon. What kind of capitalist games is Lego playing?
Every time I tap on the subscribe to comments feed I get a text page.
Walter, I have all five levels of the LEGO Master Builder Academy. They were only available in the US, and only between 2011 and 2013. They were an experiment LEGO was doing on subscription-based educational sets. I have to say that they are fantastic, and I highly recommend them. However, they are very hard to find. Here are the listings on Brickset: https://brickset.com/sets/theme-Master-Builder-Academy
Please note that the sets were released in several different types of packaging as it was originally a subscription service, so that’s why you see more than five listings on that page. Finally, they settled on boxed sets, which are the ones I have. The boxes are very nice too, so it’s worth getting that version. Again, they are hard to find, but BrickLink sellers should have them: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?catType=S&catString=764&itemBrand=1000
As far as your other question/comment, the Subscribe to Comments button allows you to subscribe to comments on a particular posts. How the button behaves depends on what kind of reader and browser you’re using, but it should allows you to subscribe to new comments.
It looks like this show is going to be a blast with those players! Looking forward to it.
LOL! The higher the hair the closer to God? Where did they did up these people? Are they real Lego fans, actors, or some random people?
I think that’s a Dolly Parton quote from the days women wear really big hair. It’s funny though.
Based on their profiles, it seems like some of them work with lego full time, and others may be just funs. I don’t think any of them are actors.
Haha! I don’t know anything about this show, but it sounds like it’s going to be fun.
