The LEGO Pre-Black Friday VIP weekend event takes place today and tomorrow (November 20-21) This 2-day event allows LEGO VIP members to shop before the before Black Friday/Cyber Monday that will take place next week. Below are the details of what is offered this weekend for LEGO VIP members.
FREE LEGO RETRO TIN SIGN: You will get a free LEGO Retro Tin Sign with purchases of $250 or more. This offer is valid on all purchases today and tomorrow at official LEGO stores and the Online LEGO Shop.
FREE LEGO SANTA’S FRONT YARD: You will get a free LEGO Santa’s Front Yard vignette with purchases of $170 or more. This offer is valid on all purchased at official LEGO stores and the Online LEGO Shop.
LEGO VINTAGE CAMERA: Another promotional item this weekend is the LEGO Vintage Camera. This set doesn’t require a purchase, but you need to redeem 2,000 VIP Points to get it. In addition, some of the earlier offers at the LEGO VIP center are on sale. For details, visit the VIP center of the Online LEGO Shop.
DOUBLE VIP POINTS: LEGO VIP members will earn Double VIP Points this weekend on all purchases at official LEGO stores and the Online LEGO Shop.
As far as what to get this weekend to qualify for all the freebies, you might consider some of the holiday sets like the LEGO Winter Village series, gifts for family and friends, and sets that you have been saving up to purchase for yourself. If there are sets you want before the end of the year, I highly recommend getting them now as similar shortages are expected as last year before the holidays.
Also, remember that the Holiday Gift Guide is now open at the Online LEGO Shop. This is a useful way to search for sets and themes based on age and interest. It is particularly helpful for those who are purchasing gifts for friends and family. You can take a look at the Holiday Gift Guide section of the Online LEGO Shop.

What’s the story of that tin sign? Is it related to something in Lego’s history? I don’t see how that’s an attractive freebie. I don’t know what I would do with it. And the minimum purchase is so high!
The minimum purchase is too high for both freebies. But at least we get double vip points. I’m going to shop now because most likely all the desirable sets will be unavailable by next weekend. I’m mostly looking for creator and technic.
Nothing I really wanted now, so I just bought some torsos from Bricks and Pieces for 2x VIP points…
Thanks for the heads up. I’m getting a couple of the Ninjago sets. I’m still missing the jungle boat.
Not my favorite freebies, but I will be glad if they just keep stuff in stock. I can’t buy everything I want today.
Did you guys see how huge the AT-AT is??? It’s massive!!! I really really want to get it!!
The price threshold is way too much for those. In the UK the dollar changes to a pound which makes it even worse value. Also, who wants a tin sign? I want Lego.
What frustrates me even more is that next weekend the purchase threshold is lower and, aside from that they’ll have additional deals.
VIP weekend is just a let down as I see it.
I want the sign, but I don’t wanna spend $250 on LEGO atm, so I’ll just buy it from Ebay
