A couple of days ago, a new LEGO Art mosaic set was added to the Online LEGO Shop. The #31205 LEGO Art Jim Lee Batman Collection gives you the option to build one of three portraits of iconic DC Comics characters: Batman, The Joker, or Harley Quinn. And there is also the option to build two larger mosaics if you purchase two or three sets. So, Batman fans can build five different mosaics in total with this set.
There is so much to like about this set. All five portraits are the work of legendary comic book artist, Jim Lee, and would look great as wall decor. As you build the mosaics, you can scan the QR code and listen to the soundtrack with nearly two hours of content to immerse yourself in the project. The instruction book is amazing too and made like a coffee-table-quality illustrated guide, starting with a deep dive into the inspiration behind the set and the art of Jim Lee.
The set comes with 4,167 pieces and includes nine canvas wall decor plates, a signature tile, two hanger elements, a color palette, a brick-separator, and a brick-built frame. The single-character mosaics are 15.5 in. (40 cm) square and can be displayed on a wall or shelf. The Batman and Catwoman mosaic is twice as long, and the larger Batman mosaic is three times as tall.
The #31205 LEGO Art Jim Lee Batman Collection is going to be available from March 1st, but you can already pre-purchase it at the Online LEGO Shop. If you would like to get it, I do recommend purchasing it early, as it is already gathering a lot of enthusiasm from LEGO fans and will likely go out of stock quickly. The price is $119.99 for one set and is available at the LEGO Art section of the Online LEGO Shop.
If you’re looking for decorative LEGO sets, you might also want to take a look at the other mosaic kits in the LEGO Art collection; the #31197 LEGO Art Andy Warhol’s Marilyn Monroe mosaic, the #31198 LEGO Art The Beatles mosaic, the #31199 LEGO Art Marvel Studios Iron Man mosaic, the #31200 LEGO Art Star Wars The Sith mosaic, the #21226 LEGO Art Project – Create Together kit, the #31201 LEGO Art Harry Potter Hogwarts Crests mosaic, the #31202 LEGO Art Disney’s Mickey Mouse mosaic, and the #31203 LEGO Art World Map. They all have alternate builds and combined models so you can display them in different ways. To see them all, visit the LEGO Art section of the Online LEGO Shop.

Wow. This is the best mosaic so far in my opinion.. I’m tempted to get multiplies.
Harley Quinn looks amazing! And I love the colors!
These are Awesome! Some Of my favorites. Assembling them is a pain, but they look so good when done.
Even though it’s a comic thing I do like the old style batman. Kind of co0l. I took a screen shot and have begun counting dots to make this on my own with out purchasing the actual sets.
Hmm, even though I’m a fan of superhero comics, the Art experience still seems exasperatingly tedious…
And I barely have any space left on my walls, with all of my bookshelves full of comics, anyway…
