With Halloween coming up soon, I thought I post a few pictures from one of our favorite builders Chad Parker. Chad is well known for his cheerful holiday-themed custom models which he posts on his Facebook page and in LEGO fan Facebook groups. Another feature I like about Chad’s projects is that they are often modifications or re-colors of official LEGO sets. So, if you like them, they are fairly easy to duplicate. And Chad often shares instructions or eat least building tips for his projects.
The LEGO Pumpkin Cottage above would make a cute decoration for the fall. And for those who are interested to build their own, Chad offers free instructions on his website, at Brickerparker.com.
The LEGO Halloween Witch Wreath is a fun project combining fall-colored leaf elements for the wreath and colorful details for the witch. Both parts of the build use layering techniques to great effect.
The Halloween Cottages above and below are re-colors of the #10267 LEGO Winter Village Gingerbread House from 2019, and the little #40139 Gingerbread House from 2015.
A couple of other re-colors are based on the #6374 LEGO Holiday Home from 1983 and the #40338 LEGO Christmas Tree from 2019.
And take a look at these spooky Halloween trees with spiders and pumpkins! These are also based on official LEGO trees, but in different colors.
As you can see, if you would like to create some fun seasonal decorations, you can just work with the sets you already have. Change some colors, change the decorations, and you are ready for any holiday! For ideas, you can also visit the various holiday-themed LEGO Facebook groups and social media pages, and also take a look at the .
What do you think? Do you use LEGO for holiday decorations? What tips, tricks, and techniques do you like to use? And how do you like the projects mentioned above? Feel free to share and discuss in the comment section below!

I love these! Especially the witch! I already have the wreath. I hope the conversion is not too hard. I don’t have too many of the brown leaves.
I have two gingerbread houses and started converting one of them after seeing the picture above. I also like Chad’s Easter conversion with pastel colors. Some of them don’t even look like Lego.
Chad’s builds sometimes pop up on my facebook feed. They are fantastic!
Have you guys seen the upcoming ideas orient express? It looks fantastic!
I don’t think I knew this was posted. lol. thanks! I’m glad ya’ll like them!
Awww! Nice to have you over, Chad! I should check if you have anything new designed for this year for the holidays! 🙂
