The #40786 LEGO Ideas Micro Command Center was the winning entry in the LEGO Exploring The Cosmos contest last year by LEGO fan Flying UFO. It was made into an official LEGO set that you can now redeem at the LEGO Insiders Reward Center for 2,250 LEGO Insiders Points.
The set measures 5.5 in. (14 cm) high, 6 in. (16 cm) wide, and 5.5 in. (15 cm) deep, and features railroad tracks with a platform, a control tower with a removable roof, a shuttle, and a tiny blue spaceman that can be seated inside the shuttle and command office.
Once you redeem your points for this set, you’ll get a promotional code that you can use with your next purchase at the Online LEGO Shop. The code is valid for 60 days and must be entered during checkout in the “Enter Promo Code” field.
This is the perfect companion set to the #40712 LEGO Icons Micro Rocket Launchpad that was released last year as a freebie. Both sets bring back the style, characters, and color-scheme of LEGO Classic Space but in micro-scale!

I prefer Futuron to Classic Space, and there’s something middling about this set. Personally, I’m not sure on whether it’s worth both a general purchase and accumulated VIP points. I’m mostly interested in the stickers, to be honest…
