LEGO Icons Project Hail Mary Set Coming!

Here is yet another new set to be excited about. Today, the LEGO Group revealed the #11389 LEGO Icons Project Hail Mary set based on the upcoming science fiction adventure film produced and directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, and written by Drew Goddard, based on the 2021 novel by Andy Weir. It stars Ryan Gosling (who is also a producer), Sandra Hüller, Lionel Boyce, Ken Leung, and Milana Vayntrub. The film follows a man who awakens aboard an interstellar spacecraft with no memory of how he got there.

Astronaut Ryland Grace awakens on a spacecraft with no memory of himself or his mission. He slowly deduces he is the sole survivor of a crew sent to the Tau Ceti solar system in search of a solution to a catastrophic event on Earth. In his search for answers, Grace must rely on his vast array of scientific knowledge, sheer ingenuity, and human will – but he may not have to search alone. Project Hail Mary is scheduled to be released on March 20, 2026, by Amazon MGM Studios in the United States and Canada, and by Sony Pictures Releasing International in all other countries. The film was filmed in and will also be released in IMAX. You can watch the trailer below.

The #11389 LEGO Icons Project Hail Mary set features a microscale replica of the interstellar spacecraft and our lonely astronaut. Turn the crank to send the crew module into orbit, simulating the centrifugal gravity system from the movie.

Add the Ryland Grace minifigure and Rocky figure to complete your display. Price: 99.99 USD / 109.99 EUR / 99.99 GBP. For more information and details, visit the LEGO Icons section of the Online LEGO Shop.
