If you are interested in getting into LEGO Dimensions, I would suggest that you save or even print out the visual guide for the releases (you can get a larger version on the LEGO Dimensions Facebook page), or bookmark this article for future reference. As we discussed previously, the LEGO Dimensions Starter Pack will be available for various gaming platforms for just about $100. The LEGO Dimensions Level Packs will be $30, the LEGO Dimensions Team Packs $25, and the LEGO Dimensions Fun Packs $15. Many of the packs are already available on Amazon for pre-order. It might be a good idea to get the packs you definitely want, because with the furry of activity and excitement around the whole line I wouldn’t be surprised if there will be a shortage after the initial launch. You can find them on Amazon here: PREORDER LEGO DIMENSIONS ON AMAZON

LEGO Star Wars Droid Tales – Episode 2

The second episode of LEGO Star Wars: Droid Tales aired just a few days ago. As you may remember from our previous discussions (see links at the end of this post), LEGO Star Wars: Droid Tales is a new Disney XD animated show with five 22-minute episodes that re-tell the Star Wars saga in chronological order from Star Wars: The Phantom Menace up through Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. The story is through the eyes of C-3PO and R2-D2, with the characteristic playful humor that we expect from LEGO Star Wars films. You can watch the full first episode here: LEGO Star Wars Droid Tales – Episode 1, and the second episode is below. 🙂

LEGO Star Wars Droid Tales Episode 1

The second episode of LEGO Star Wars: Droid Tales is titled “Crisis on Coruscant”. It starts out like this: “R2-D2 has been taken by a mysterious villain in a starship stolen from the Rebel camp on Endor. Desparate to rescue his friend, C-3PO searches for R2-D2 with the aid of the ship’s owner, Admiral Ackbar.” While the search is going on, C-3PO has the chance to continue telling the story of Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith to anyone who listens….

That was another great episode, isn’t it? LEGO humorous take on such a heavy episode is refreshing. There is no word yet when the next episode will air, but you can be rest assured we will talk about it when the information becomes available. In the meantime you can also check out the currently available LEGO Star Wars sets at the Online LEGO Shop.
