BrickForge Custom LEGO Items 50% Off!

BrickForge, one of the most popular LEGO customizers, is running a 50% off sale this month! I’m a big fan of BrickForge’s custom LEGO minifig accessories and have a large collection of their items. They rarely run sales, and I have never seen one as excellent as this, so if you have been thinking about picking up some goodies for your minifigs this is your chance!

BrickForge Custom LEGO Sale

BrickForge’s Accessory Packs are not on sale, however everything else is 50% off! The BrickForge Online Shop lists all items at full price, however you will see an orange Special Offer tag on everything that is 50% off, and the price will adjust to the sale-price in your shopping cart. Also, please note that even the more expensive printed accessories and the larger custom items like the scooters, cows, centaurs, etc. are 50% off! I was very happy to see this.

BrickForge Custom LEGO Accessories

I have placed my order a couple of days ago to take advantage of the sale; bought some minifigs weapons, tools and accessories, as well a scooter (I really like BrickForge’s scooters) and another centaur (I already have four, but for this price I just had to pick up some more). Seeing that the total price with the 50% offer was so low even after buying all that stuff, I added a couple of Accessory Packs (a Knight Accessory Pack and a Gladiator Accessory Pack with printed elements), even though those are not on sale. Just a little gift for my minifigs – I couldn’t help myself.

BrickForge Custom LEGO Accessory Packs

The occasion of the current BrickForge sale is Armothe’s (the owner of BrickForge) birthday, so make sure you wish him Happy Birthday when you check out. The sale will run until the end of February or until supplies last, so if you have been holding off to place an order this is your chance. Oh, and if you place an order let me know what you got so we can compare notes!

I really want to place in order, but the 2014 star wars battlepacks are coming out and I have little money. So i probally won’t… but I might. (From Sprint Commercial :P)

Well, the battle packs will be around for a while, but the BF sale is only until the end of the month. Just sayin’. I have never see them do a 50% off sale, and their prices are already better than most other customizers, so you could stretch your money quite a bit. 😉

I got my order in yesterday and I’m really pleased. Besides a bunch of accessories and stuff I also got some of the battle packs (one of the knights and one of the gladiators) and the printed items are gorgeous. I may get some more of them. I wasn’t sure if the tunic for the knight was cloth or plastic, but it is plastic so I’m very happy. 😛

Yeah, I’ll have to see with my younger brother he’s been talking about these sets forever. Though I am a very persuasive brother some times. 🙄

I have a question. Since I’m saving up for a few larger sets, I don’t want to spend much money. How much do these accessories cost, with the 50% off, on average? I want some swords that aren’t lightsabers.

    • admin February 9, 2014, 1:51 PM

BrickForge accessories are very simply priced. Almost everything is $1. If it is printed $1.50. If it is a tiny item like a helmet plume or something expect to pay 10-50 cents. So for most items like weapons and accessories you would be paying 50 cents per piece with the 50% sale.

    Reading on site:

    Minimum Order Amount
Please be aware that there is a $10US minimum order amount.

Considering the sale, would that be a $5US minimum order, or an order placed for goods originally costing $20US?

    • admin February 9, 2014, 7:06 PM

Hm… not sure. My order total was around $30, so I never even noticed that. I guess you could start adding things to your shopping cart and see if it triggers a message that you need to add more to meet the minimum.

Some of these are nice, but I’m saving up for Ninjago and SW, and I’m not a fan of customizers……

Also, The LEGO Movie is the fourth highest grossing movie of 2014 at $87,210,00!!!!!!

      • admin February 10, 2014, 11:21 AM

Yeah, the movie has been well received. And also that number is not final yet, just the preliminary figures from the first weekend of showing. I’m sure it will get a lot larger. 😉

        • BLProductions February 10, 2014, 4:18 PM

Yeah, and it will get slightly larger as my parents may take my brothers and I to see the Movie in theaters!!! Too bad we will have missed the special figs 🙁 — 😀

I just placed an order (plus three of my siblings), $46 total ( 😀 ), only $10 was mine though. I was really amazed to find how far it went. Got a misc. assortment of swords and guns and plumes and a few other things.
My sister got one of the Roman packs, I was tempted to but resisted. Can’t wait to see it though!

    • admin February 12, 2014, 9:19 PM

Nice! Yeah, I was also surprised on how much I could buy with the 50% discount. It was kind of scary, like Wow! I can buy all that stuff?! I got a gladiator pack and a knight pack. I’m very pleased with the printed elements. They are very beautiful.

      • gid617 February 12, 2014, 9:47 PM

Yeah, I was thinking it would be something like 25 pieces for ten dollars, but it was over forty!
        I’ll probably regret my decision… 😛
BTW does it do you any good if I go through TBB? I made a point of doing so but since it wasn’t along the sidebar I wondered if it didn’t make a difference.

        • admin February 12, 2014, 9:51 PM

Gen, I appreciate your thoughtfulness about the link, but no, we have no affiliation with BrickForge. I just like them. 😉

          • gid617 February 12, 2014, 11:02 PM

Okay, like I said I kind of guessed that.
They are really neat! I tried to stick mostly to things LEGO has & isn’t likely to have anything comparable to, except in the case of flintlocks, BrickForge’s look really nice!
What color more or less is their ‘silver’? It looks like flat grey from the pictures but is it actually shiny (assuming you have something that color)?

            • admin February 13, 2014, 9:52 AM

BrickForge’s silver is the same color as what BrickLink calls LEGO’s flat-silver. But then it is also kind of like LEGO’s metallic-silver. (LEGO’s flat silver supposed to be silver blended into the plastic, whereas metallic-silver is spray-painted on top of a light-gray piece, but they are often really hard to tell apart.) Then there is another silver BrickForge has, but I think that is a specialty color they use for the accessory packs. It is the same as LEGO’s pearl-light-gray. The gladiator pack I got has that color and I have never seen it before. It is basically a lighter version of flat-silver and kind of pearly. Did I confuse you enough? Anyway, the bottom line is that BrickForge’s silver is fully compatible with LEGO’s. 😉

              • gid617 February 13, 2014, 1:48 PM

Yes, that was sufficiently confusing! 😉
I think I understand, basically it does have a silver color, not just new light grey. I didn’t get anything silver this time but maybe in the future! Thanks!
